Good little post office with everything you need to send mail and parcels and items becayse well, just because. Like books, toys, puzzles, cards, wrapping paper, souvenirs, boiled lollies etc. I actually brought my pug loving niece a small stuffed pug. And for God knows who a cute little Australia Post coin box.

Went in to get visa photos and the service was amazing - they were happy and smiling and nothing seemed like an issue. I am only writing this because other post offices made me feel like they were doing me a favour to get passport/visa stuff done.

Absolutely shocking service where they constantly lie about what they offer. Website says they can exchange money or passport forms and each time she refuses until you have to question. Answer is always NO. No customer service skills whatsoever!

It's quite a small post shop great for parcel pick ups ,posting parcels,no mobile phones sold at this particular one,if looking to purchase collectables, phones,knick knacks, I suggest going to Chadstone/Southland.

The people working here are so nice. They’re very friendly. They helped me for my daughter’s passport and when she got it, they were so happy for her.

Happy with the service, the Asian lady who served me was fantastic, quick and efficient. Checked all the details promptly and serviced with a smile.

Pan is somewhat of a local Sandy legend and always greets everyone with a smile. Worth going here instead of the other local options.

Have a newborn baby so made an appointment, but apparently this makes no difference and had to wait half an hour. Terrible service.

Several times the owner has opened up to let us collect a parcel when we've arrived just after he closed, so nice of him.

I hate having to go to this Post Office as they provide bad customer service.
