Whilst the staff here were helpful, they were unable to explain why my express post parcel was there instead of delivered to my house. Telling me there would have been an attempt made (there wasn't ) and making excuses. The counter staff are not responsible for the actions of the courier so I let it go - this time.

After reading various reviews about this place I was definitely expecting something awful.However instead I found a busy activity with people doing their job and working through the queue as best as they could.They were matter of fact but they were getting the job done and friendly as well. I applied for a job here, i have a clean driving record with no loss of point in 5 years, have never lost my licence, yet they denied my application on grounds that my driving record wasn't acceptable. They then put the same job up saying they urgently needed delivery drivers.
