Would rather pay extra to come in and pick up all 5 parcels up myself over a month waiting, why don't you guys just subcontract your work out to other company's instead of having to much pride and making everyone angry and frustrated. Excellent Australia Post Store! The service is fantastic, I've always found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. It's usually busy, but manageably so. I've never found I've had to wait long to be served. Parking is good, I only had one time in about the 30 times I've gone there where I couldn't find a park.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Drivers throw "You have a Parcel" cards reporting "No-one in Attendance" on front step without knocking or ringing bell. That's assuming the delivery doesn't disappear completely with unrecognizable signature

Parcels always get stuck here, even if they're meant to be Express Delivery. We've known about Covid for a while now, and the consequential increase in parcels, so isn't it about time you did something about it and perhaps hire more staff?

Whoever is the driver for deliveries in my local area in Reservoir, is an absolute legend. Delivers after hours, super polite and friendly. Discreet drop offs when I'm not home. I've had many packages delivered over the last two years

The delivery driver claimed that my address didn't exist, it's not a new property and we have had hundreds of packages delivered there before. I'm now left chasing the package trying to stop it from being returned to sender.

The female at this particular branch who wears a head scarf is an absolute miserable sod with a personality to match - why do they continue to let her work there ? Stay at home if your monthly is heavy.

This is where packages go to be forgotten about. Clearly useless at their jobs and just let mail pile up, never to be delivered. I wish the was an ombudsman that would shut this depot down.

The lady’s apart from the dark skin lady and the older lady are so rude they don’t have the common decency to say hi or bye and treat you like it’s such a pain to do their job.

Worst post-office ever ordered an express post on 9 and still awaiting at their centre...my mates mates ordered standard post which arrived before express...what a let down

Like many other reviews, this is a terrible facility which lose and misplace parcel (it does not matter if your parcel is express). Absolutely terrible.

I got my parcel delivery on Sunday, its long weekend and wasn't expected that. I didn't check the status but they posted all steps done.

Best post office and service by far.very convenient to also have the early parcel pick up available.never had an issue here.
