I love my local Post Office! I have been going there for the past 15 years and hope to continue for many more years to come. There’s one other post office in Rouse Hill Town Centre and another in the other shopping centre in Rouse Hill. None of them compare to our lovely team at Stanhope Gardens. It doesn’t matter where I am in Sydney, I will always make a point to come to this specific store. Even if it’s out of my way or I’m on the complete other side of Sydney. I always come back to Stanhope Gardens Post Office. They are an extremely valuable asset to our community and everyone single member of staff deserves a round of applause for all their hard work, especially during the Christmas busy season. A lot of other shops have left Stanhope Village since the new owners have taken over. It will be a complete and total shame to see them go if they are forced out!

Yes yes I do agree nicely that their customer service is quite friendly and polite, but sadly that is quite the problem..... I went there for the first time and the line was quite long. As I was up next I still had to await my turn for the person infant of me. The cashier was talking to the customer in front and their convo seemed to take forever. It was honestly disappointing as I see her talking, she is doing her job so slowly and this convo of theirs lasted about 5 to 8 minutes. I just wanted to point out that you can be polite but don't take up the customer's time.

I would like to thank the team at Stanhope Gardens, a team of likable, polite and helpful professionals. I was there in the queue and I noticed all stuff members treated everyone with smile and being very patient with customer's enquiries especially with paperwork such as passport renewals. A lady who assisted me with my passport application, I think her name was Hetal. I need to say that she was one of the most friendly, amiable and helpful person I have dealt with! Highly appreciated for her effort in assisting with my enquires.

Do not go to Stanhope Gardens post office to process your passport application!! They will reject your photos that comply with government regulations and try to shake you down so they can charge you to take your photos! The staff are rude, and don't know their jobs. They can't comprehend the guidelines for passport photos - they don't even know what the 'crown of the head' is! I suspect that the positive reviews left are solicited by the staff, as there is no way people have a positive experience at this post office.

Absolutely rude and racist staff member, loudly talking on the phone about customer. I was there with my daughters getting passport photos done which costed approx. $40 for 2 sets passport photos...and she was loudly talking that she has "been busy all day taking ridiculous passport photos for THESE people".... staff who served us was polite and suggested me to ignore this other staff member... obviously staff members are aware of this rude behavior of this staff member but choosing not to report...

We had visited the Stanhope Gardens LPO to apply for Australian passport for me and my kids. I appreciate the wonderful support and patience of the staff in managing our applications. There were multiple complications and changes which were handled very well to help complete our application. Mrs. Poonam's support stood out as she was very meticulous in her checks and identified quick alternatives to help the situation. Can't thank enough for her support! All the best to the wonderful team

If you are a small business owner, don't bother using the business class lane. The team focuses on bringing down the personal line and totally ignores the people standing in the business class line. Very frustrating particularly when you just need them to scan the parcels in and don't need a receipt. It's just quicker to line up with everyone else. Once you get served, the customer service is pretty good (although as stated above, they just need to scan it and not provide a receipt).

There is a one FAT lady who shouted on my children. This is really mannerless and disrespectful behaviour. She has no right to judge my children if she don’t know about them. My son is hyper active and i was doing some important paperwork on that time, and my children were running but they are children if you have more problem then arrange corner activities for kids so they can sit and play especially a one parent with kids. Don’t shout on them publicly and disrespect parent.#####

Staff is very friendly, cooperative and supportive and they have a very good bonding and a great team. I had gone for passport lodgement for my baby and they explained me everything very nicely and patiently. Being a Saturday, one of the staff told they do double the work on Saturday and hence they even opened 15 mins before the opening times to support the customers. Hetal mam who lodged the passport was really patient and informative. Strongly recommend this Australia post..

9.5.18 - My son had gone to pick up one of my parcels as I have an appointment to attend, it had to be picked up from the Post office as it was too large for the Parcel Locker. The lady that served him had asked if he knew what it was, which he replied he didn't as it was his Birthday present for June. She then proceeds to tell him what it actually was, I'm so angry, she had no right to even mention the contents of what it was . BIRTHDAY SURPRISE RUINED!!!!!!!!

If you have lots of time in the world them go to this place. They sell the passport photo service but not sure how to operate it. Both of their cameras are always faulty, not charged or having problems each time. So you wil have to wait until the staff figures out how to fix the camera or wait until the camera is getting charged. I think they should focus only on deliveries not Allied services such as photos in which they aren't good at.

Very Friendly Staff, Cristina was very pleasant and helpful. She made my transaction so efficiently and even if they’re busy, Cristina and Debbie took time to talk to their customers with a smile and greeting people nicely, and this is already at past 2pm. I wish all Australia post office are like this in Stanhope Gardens. They should be commended for how they do their job and how they treat their customers. Five star service.

Hate the service. Ordered something which was scheduled to be delivered on 8th Dec , got postponed a few times and even on 29th they are saying they will see if it is not delivered. Pathetic experience. I spoke to one of their representatives and they casually said that I have the option to cancel the order if I am not happy with the service. Definitely need a better courier service ! Extremely dissatisfied

Terribly slow service. Staff are too chatty, both amongst themselves and with customers... Went there today and "Jeanette" was excessively chatting to a customer and then left her register and went to chat to another customer that she knew at another register. All while a queue stretched right out the door. Staff couldn't care less about customers and the managers are the worst.

I elected for my parcel to be placed in a parcel locker. Tracking shows that it has been received by this post office. I never received an access code. Now my parcel has been stuck in the locker for 1.5 weeks and no one has been able to tell when I will be able to get my parcel out. Either that or they have lost my parcel completely. Very bad service and handling of the issue.

Called up the centre to get a really rude man when I just a had a general enquiry about a parcel that hadn’t been scanned since Stanhope Gardens! Told me to call up customer service which I had already done but just his attitude alone and the way he spoke to me was just disrespectful! Pfft Friendly Customer Service yeah right you need a seminar on not being rude!

Today me and my kids witnessed an absolutely disgusting act from one of the stuff at Stanhope garden post office. To the old lady , the tone of your voice (rude), the wrong information you gave me today and the extra $$ that you were ganna charge me is not professional! You were very rude and helpless. Hopefully I don’t get served by you in future!

I can't believe the woman working behind the counter finished up with her customer then walked away to chat to another customer she knew, leaving a queue of customers!! Worst PO ever. Isn't it more important to serve the customers than to chat? I know they are friendly but this is ridiculous, people in Stanhope hate going there due to the wait times

Absolutely the most pleasant experience handing in my family's passport applications (no appt required). Christina is so helpful, friendly, patient and humble. Poonam such a life to the party and the rest of the ladies just beautiful people. Thank you ladies for making my ever so annoying experience the best ever in terms of admin responsibilities.

Zero stars for customer service , Took passport photos for the entire family and they missed giving one set of the photos back. The Attitude of the manager is less desirable , as she would rather walk out of office, since said she does get paid overtime then fixing the mistakes committed by her staff .. The manager was very rude and irresponsible.

Do not go here for passport applications. This clown will reject professionally-taken (and compliant) photos, just so he can charge you to take the photos. Amazingly, he'll even lie and say the Australian Passport photos are the wrong size, when they've been cut using a cutter to the correct dimensions - 35mm x 45mm. What a total clown!

Always wonderfully served..especially the staffs are very friendly and fast..Hetal is an amazing person .we had all our passport lodged.she used to be patient ,took the photo to the proper measurement and right angles.made sure it met the compliance....she did her best every single time...Thanks a ton.. Fabulous customer service.!!!

the last time i was there we waited about half an hour or so just to get our photos taken, then when we got to the end of the line one counter was empty but always got taken by people who weren't in the line. overall i didn't really like the costumer service there and the lines take way to long to go through

Staff are friendly, but don't go there to lodge your passport application. They rejected completely compliant passport photos. I lodged with the same photo at Rouse Hill Town Centre post office and photo was accepted. Waste of time and money, as they then charge you $20 to have a bad photo taken.

I think the Australia post staffs and the delivery guys should focus on more communicating with each other. The reminder note on collection of the parcels should be sent out before the parcel had been collected not after. It’s risky to drive in the Stanhope Gardens shopping just to let you know.

I visit the post office regularly and they are without doubt the greatest bunch of people you could ever ask for to have dealing with clients. Friendly, courteous, professional but overall just lovely humans. Can't rate them highly enough! If I could give them 6 stars I would. ❤

The staff is always very kind and helpful. I required some help sending a parcel overseas today and Chella helped me through the process from start to finish. I really appreciated the help! Definitely will be coming back to this AusPost when sending any parcels. Thank you again.

We took our 2 year old to take a passport photo, he is being very active boy it was very challenging to take a photo that meets the requirements, the staff were extremely friendly and dedicated lot of time to get the right picture, thank you very much guys, you were awesome!

I have been coming to this post office for about 8 years - before it relocated - and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Yes, it is a very busy post office, but I find it always moves efficiently and i believe that is down to their lovely positive manner.

We experienced a great customer service today by Hetal at this office while submitting PP application. It was very busy and we were actually short by a form but she extended her help and we were able to lodge it in same day. Saved us a round trip. Highly recommended place

The location of this Australian Post is good. But there are staff who don't know what they are doing. It does get busy when it's peak times and it does go out of the shop and into the outside of the building. You might need to wait about an hour or so if it does get busy.

If you create a second queue for passports then make a clear sign. People were all over the place and I wasted my time in general queue then in the passport queue. You have enough printers, papers and ink there so put them to use and put some clear signs up.

My son had to get Martime clearance papers done and we had a lovely lady named Sue help us She went above and beyond with kindness troubleshooting and we got it done We want to let her know she is a very patient and caring person and we thank her very much

The staff are friendly when you get there but the lines are too long. The lines are outside the store and the staff are all chatting and laughing with each other rather than focusing on servicing the waiting customers and bringing the lines down.

Please update the opening hours on google. The office is just Open until 1pm on Saturdays. Very frustrating when you see all the people arrive after 1pm who rely on the google maps times. Besides that it is a nice post Office with friendly staff.

Some staff have real attitude problems with south Asians. Can really see the difference in approach when treating customers of different origin, surely it's a personal thing and training doesn't help. Ruins the whole experience.

No good. I will have to go to post office one more time for passport. “We require a new signature as your signature on the form does not fit in the box and therefore the entire signature does not appear on the passport.”

A very busy post office but the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. Been coming here for years and I've sent and received hundreds of parcels without any problems. Just wish they had longer opening hours.

Very fast and reliable service I have never had any issues.I have also used them for passport services without appointment and I was free in 15 minutes.The ladies are very efficient and quick.Thanks again

Hopeless customer service -Staff rejected a passport photo saying "photo is not natural" immediately followed by offer to click the photo at the post office. Terrible attitude.

Very busy post office which should be twice the size with twice as many employees. Parcel collection is awfully slow on the weekend. Prepare yourself to wait a long time.
