I hate having to go here and always feel worse walking out than I did walking in. I don't expect to be treated like a God but a little courtesy would be appreciated. Dear staff: If you are doing a menial task and i'm waiting for service, how about you take care of me as a customer for 30 seconds, then go back to stocking your shelves or talking on your mobile phone. How about you don't make me feel like some sort of scammer criminal type when you ask if I've got i.d. ? You don't have to smile, but how about you don't treat your customers like they are some sort of giant annoyance ? Or that you are doing me some huge favour by serving me. If this were any other sort of business where you didn't have a captive customer base, you would be out of business by now. Sheesh !

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have supported this shop for years as my children go to Strathmore Primary School and will pop in and grab things when needed - papers, tatts tickets, etc, etc. Today I went into redeem my coupon for my Magpies Bumper Sticker (they physically had them as the staff member showed me he had two) and was refused because I didn't purchase the paper from the shop $2.80. I was going to buy the Footy Record as well for $15! So not only did he lose a $15 sale but also a customer (and anyone else I can tell) for life! If you are not going to support your customers in your local community why would anyone support you - ADVICE - steer clear of this place as the customer service is POOR!

Wish I could give 0 stars! The guy at the front blatantly taunted me that I wasted his 15 mins when I asked to switch the satchel (which they had suggested in first place). It just took him literally 2-3 mins to redo the information in the system. Similar Incident with my wife a week ago for choosing wrong satchel according to him, and she was made to feel bad. Could have taken a moment to educate us, than taunting us like a kid. Shameful customer service. Take your business someplace else if you can, guys! This place seems to be notorious based on all the reviews here. There seem to be some disingenuous positive reviews here (people with the same last names--nice try!!!) to salvage some reputation haha

Unfortunately I have to go here regularly to do things. They have a couple of really nice team members, especially that young fella who knows customer service much better than the most other people in there. A few of them always make me feel like criminals. Never smiling, never a nice warm welcome. I'm giving you my business, and I don't expect to be treated like a saint, but have some decency. A little smile doesn't hurt. As I said, there's a few really nice staff memebers here, but a few really nasty ones. I only go to this PO for convenience.

Australia Post - Strathmore LPO stocks a wide variety of products and facilities such as Tatts Lotto, Load & Go support and most Australia Post packaging solutions, however customer service is non-satisfactory. Occasionally, certain members of staff are quite helpful and friendly, however more often than not they are ignorant, rude and preoccupied by their phones, oblivious to the growing queue of customers in front of them. If customer service is not an issue however, it is a great post office to complete the tasks that you set out to do.

The previous operators of this business were fantastic and efficient. I cannot say the same about the new owners. Absolutely rude to customers, do not listen to a question, talk over the top of you, and then backhandedly insult you. I would never set foot in this place again, except for the fact that I need to collect my parcel, which they are very inefficient at being able to find. If you have other options for your posting needs I would recommend pursuing them, and steer clear of these operators. So disappointing.

The man behind the counter was impolite and unhelpful. I went in when it was empty and he told me to move elsewhere to do my postage even though I had to buy the envelop from him first. When I told him I’m paying by card as I had no coins he became nasty to me. If you don’t wish to accept card payments for under a certain amount please put a sign and no need to be nasty to your customers. I told him so and he yell at me to get out. I will never visit this AusPost branch again.

Appalling customer service, I was yelled at in front of customers, 1 of whom said dont worry he speaks to everyone like that. Wouldn't listen when I was explaining the tracking number. Said the number didn't exist. Went back after ringing to check the number, he then yelled at me again of course the tracking number does exist. I asked who owned the business he said he did. I suggested he needs to improve customer service.

The place where I went to get my things was super nice! The people who work there were so kind and helpful. They smiled a lot and were really patient, answering all my questions without getting upset. They made me feel special and valued. Even when it was busy, they didn't rush or make me feel like I was bothering them. They made sure I understood everything and even helped me with extra things that I didn’t expect.

The service is horrible. Please use other offices and don't come unless if is absolutely necessary. Received condescending treatment as a customer, I will never set my foot in this place ever again. To the owner, please participate one of the customer service training classes or if it is too much for you, attend an easier one for growing kids that is called "Common Sense."

I just called the Post Office to ask a question and the man who answered yelled at me and told me off as I had a question and got mad at me as it was a "Post Office" related question and NOT "Australia Post" related. I explained calmly he did not need to yell at me, it left me so upset I had to hang up as he was so angry. I miss the previous staff that worked there.

The owner needs to attend a course in customer service and be less aggressive and degrading towards his customers. Absolutely atrocious! You have lost me as a customer. I will only attend here to collect a parcel which they're not that great at retrieving either I might add. Up your game management - learn to be friendly and kind; it goes a long way.

verbally assaulted me while inquiring about my package, from the reviews it seems like he verbally assault women in particular, I called the police to make a complaint because obviously I have to deal with this post office but they said there is nothing they can do!!

Parcel was dropped off by delivery driver but the person at the counter was unwilling to grab it even though I had clear sight of the parcel being brought in. This place was run much better by the previous owners as the new operators are just rude, unhelpful and slow

Old man yelled at me for asking a question about posting satchels. Terrible customer service, humiliated in front of the store. Needs to learn what human decency is. The younger men are always helpful but due to this experience I will never be returning again

Always under staffed, always a que, slow, RUDE, clueless about service. I ran my business shipping through this post office before the new owners took over, now I travel further away to another post office for quick processing and a pleasant experience.

Hands down the nicest people ever. I wasn't able to pick up my parcel and they delivered it to me personally. Kindness on another level. I will always use them as my post office from now on. Thank you so much guys

Efficient and friendly service. Received some great advice about international shipping, ended up saving me money. Much bigger product range and better opening hours than most other post offices which is handy.

Never had an issue, always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I completely disagree with and actually find a couple of the statements made in the negative reviews rather questionable.

The lady that used to work here may not have always been friendly but she was at least efficient. These new jokers wouldn’t know the difference between an envelope and their elbow. Hopeless!

The lady who works here is extremely rude and cranky. We will avoid coming here from now on. Get another job lady if you don’t like customer service!

Being a wheelchair user it can be a pain in the butt missing my mail but Ram has always been an absolute ripper and will run the mail out to my car.

The timing of this post office is so convenient. The staff are lovely and pleasant and have always been helpful with queries.

Theres a nice guy there every now and then but everyone else is not good at serving. They don't appreciate their customers.
