Terrible attitude and service by the manager. I got my mail redirection cancelled by this guy. Two months later, I found out that the mail redirect is still in effect and I have lost some Visa cards and at least one parcel. I went to the same post office with the documents that I got when I cancelled the redirect but the manager simply refused event to check in their system even though he was not busy and there wasn't a single other customer in the shop . He just said it is not his problem or his business and I need to sort it out by calling Australia post. Then I called the Australia post phone line and they confirmed that the redirection has not being cancelled even though I had the receipt and refund to prove it. I was asked to go back to the post office and try again. I asked them to send me an email as proof about it. When I showed that email to the manager, he changed his tune and said that the form may have got lost and asked me to fill in another form. I refused and called Australia post to officially make a complaint. Anyway, I have lost a couple of Visa cards and at least one parcel because of this guy's mistake. I understand that people make mistakes, but this guy simply refuses event to have a look at it when I requested him to check. Still not sure how many bills and other mail I have lost due to this. This guy does not deserve to be in customer service anywhere in Australia. Simply terrible.

Bit disappointed queue up for 15-20mins try to get a document certified. Initial response is no, there were certified copies knocked back before so rather not doing it. Then we realised there is a fee. But wasn't offered the option as she is a senior health care card holder could waive the fee. We wasted 20mins and disappointed things not done. Understanding staff just want to get rid of us as there is a queue but we waited long time as well.

Very poor service and rude staff. He said he’s working full time but man, attitude is unbelievably terrible especially for australia post office that serves locals. I was politely asking for help with a quick question but shoos me away as he’s tired and closing soon hence no time for anyone just waiting for time to close soon lol! Seems like he’s not happy with what he does. Hope he finds another job so people don’t experience same.

Going to the post office has always been an average experience to be avoided . But Jo and Jerry just make an amazing team . Jo is always very friendly and amazing customer service , she makes it a point to listen to your needs and remember your name . Today they went the extra mile to help me with a very heavy item out of my car whilst the store quiet . Appreciate it a lot .

Best post office experience. Jo and Jerry are always friendly helpful. The team deserves our thanks and support. They provide excellent service and will assist you with packaging and posting of an assortment of items. They worked especially hard to provide the best service. We are lucky to have them as a valuable and contributing business in our community.

Would be great if the phone number listed actually went to someone rather than a voicemail that never gets answered. Have packages sitting there and unable to go in due to COVID and no way to communicate with the place. Just another poor customer experience from Australia Post. Pretty pathetic.

Quick service with ample staff. Jerry, Jo, Ada & Russell always helpful & friendly. Pleasure to deal with. Please be aware most issues with Australia Post are not the result of your Local Post Office so consider complaints to head management.

Jo is incredibly nice. Another man was quite condescending and made me feel ridiculous for asking how to start a business shipping account.

I am frequent visitor of this PO, Can not fault the service - always willing to go above and beyond. Keep up the great work team

The main gentleman who is always in the store (I'm guessing the manager) has extremely poor customer service.
