Excellent customer service and staff attitude - Everyone is friendly and try to assist to their best capacity. I send and collect parcels (with parcel collect service) regularly and never had an issue. The staff helped me to track a lost parcel previously and after that it has been redirected to me. Unsure about the reason for the other negative reviews - To my knowledge, LPO does not do all the services unlike the shops owned by Auspost, so it does not make sense for people to be angry. Same applies to when people couldn't collect parcels if they forgot their verifications and if the uncollected parcel hasnt arrived to the shop yet, when these things are out of the post office's control. Be kind and you will be treated with kindness too people.

If I can give minus star to this branch they definitely match the negative comment. Not because of cultural clash, not because of personality, the staff here are rude. All of them, not even one staff has appropriate manners to work in service industry. I have been going to this Pinelands Post office many years, the previous owner was really good however ever since changed over to the new owner few years ago, the service standard dropped significantly. For us who kept going back there because of the location. If I have more time I preferred to go Sunnybank Hills or Sunnybank Plaza one. Not sure where all the five star ratings are coming from, rule of the thumb: listen to the majority, can't go wrong

I have gone in today to collect my post package but to find out that staff had returned it to sender. The email I had from this shop stated that I had up to the 10th Jan to collect my goods. I am also upset that one of our staff members went in yesterday not only to be turned away and told by staff that the goods are not there but when I go in they collect today I’m told that the good were returned to sender not long after our staff was turn away. TBH this is a lazy act from staff not looking correctly for the goods. They have wasted my time and our staff time lining up etc due to their lack of organisation. No apology but to be told I’m in the wrong. Terrible management and service.

Incredibly horrible service, many encounters with this store over many years, always terrible. Staff are rude, unprofessional, bothered by questions or requests, on their phones or chatting while customers wait. Staff often speak to each other in language other than English while serving customers - which is just rude. I avoid this shop if possible. Fantastic service at the plaza or hills shopping centre 2 mins in either direction, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Rude staff. Yesterday I went there to ask some questions but girl at the counter treated me so badly and provided wrong information. I felt discriminated. This behaviour must be stopped. First time I visited this post office but after reading reviews here I’m surprised why ill-manner staff is still working there. I strongly believe those front desk girls must be replaced.

When to pick up a parcel today and it's safe to say that I'm never using this aus post location again. Employees are super rude and impatient, when I was looking for my tracking number the asian girl verbally sighed super loud and tapped her fingers across the table. I have my packages delivered by Ash our local contractor who delivers to my whole family of 6. Ash always has a smile on his face, positive attitude and keen to help. Rain, hail or shine Ash is always working hard, my neighbours often talk about what a awesome worker he is and a vital community member of Sunnybank Hills district.

I came to pick up a parcel and the staff seemed to prioritise chatting with their friends rather than serving customers. I was waiting on the line and one of the staff told me to come forward with a rude hand gesture. She did not even look at me throughout the whole process. No "Hello" or "hi", and not even a "thank you".

Just wanted to say thank you to all the staffs at the Sunnybank South post office in Pineland shopping centre. Don't know why some people didn't like the service here but overall my visits are great. The staffs are really helpful. Even though sometimes they were very busy they were patient and could not have been better.

I went to pay 2 bills this morning at the post office, the lady behind the counter was rude and huffed at me when I said I was paying bills, she needs more customer service before speaking to any customers, I would avoid this post office definitely. Not sure why the low ratings, the staffs here have always been helpful and of a high efficiency. I've seen people yelling at the staffs because they didn't bring their ID to pick up parcels, or complaining about inconveniency because they turned up at the wrong post office for missed consignments XD

Rude women behind the counter. Asked my address, with rude/impatient attitude, even i have presented her the pick-up card (unprofessional and no sense of privacy). No "greeting" back, no "thank you" back. Will try to redirect parcel and mail to another post office. Well, she probably doesn't care.

I have been to this post office every now and then in the past 2 years. It is a little nice and busy post office. The staffs are very helpful with professional knowledges. The laydies are very polite and friendly to answer and explain my questions. Excellent service!

Worst Australia Post office in the area. The two girls working here treat people in a very bad way and they talk and do things as they own the store and they make up rules and laws from their head, just to make your life harder. My advice is to go somewhere else.

Dirty old store. Everything is dusty, old products, old advertising for Telstra plans that have stopped being sold 5 years ago. Slow staff, but not rude at least. The wait, appearance and cleanliness of the store being very bad has made me give the 1 star review

I visited Sunnybank South LPO on the 12 of Oct to pay my body corporate fee. Is good to know Australia Post still provide good customer service. I had question and the staff answered this question in a efficient and knowledgable way. Will visit again!

People say "terrible" service and staff but I like the non hassle that I get from the staff that works here. Get in get out. No BS. So if anyone like the smooth walk in and walk out experience with parcel collection, this is the Post Office to be at.

It is always a negative experience coming here. Rude staff every time. The store is not clean. I used one of the desk to write on and the table was wet, ruining my paperwork.

Don't know why this post has some bad reviews. There are three post offices surrounding this area, this is the most efficient and helpful one that I like the most.
