I live across the street from the Kirrawee Post Office, but will be making the trip to Sutherland from now on. The customer service was quick, efficient and friendly. AusPost in general is far from perfect, but the staff members at this particular branch were some of the best I've encountered.

Possibly the worst place to go to lodge a passport application. Inept, officious staff member Nilda spent 15 minutes trying to find a reason to not lodge my application before grudgingly accepting that she could find none. Meanwhile the queue got longer and longer....

My wife got turned away when she needed to update her passport because it would take 'too long', even though there were no other customers in the store at the time. Absolutely unbelievable customer service. Will be writing an email to Australia Post management.
