Went there first time to receive my amazon parcel on dec 13th. The staff said there was nothing to pick up. Was puzzled but left. Got an email from amazon today telling me my parcel was there since dec 13th. so went there again, mentioned this to the lady, she was extremely rude for no reason, and said it was my fault. Clearly it was their fault because there was a date on the parcel (below) and they didn't check properly. If they were nice about it would be fine, but this lady was rude for no reason.

Post Office in the small Macedon Square Shopping precinct. The store seems small but it's actually a decent size being a long narrow building. It's quite jam packed inside with a range of stuff, like most Post Offices nowadays, which have nothing to do with the Postal Service. Toys, games, gadgets etc. There is a full range of traditional Postal items like envelopes, packets, boxes and tubes etc for packaging. I've always found the staff helpful and friendly when I've had business there.

Hard to find a decent post office after the brains department at Aus Post foolishly closed my usual one down. Then I found this one which is great. Quick efficient service, never any mistakes, helpful staff. And open Saturday mornings too which is convenient and a bonus. So why are so many others around that are just lousy? Look to this PO Aus Post if you want to know how it's supposed to be done.

The friendly, yet totally professional service from the Manager and his family staff at this Post Office is exceptional. Our passport application recently was seamless, even though I required extra help with one of my documents. I hope Australia Post Admin. is aware of the "Gold Star" service regularity given at Macedon Plaza P.O.

It’s a post office. Every time I go, there is usually a long line of people. But the staff are very quick. They are also very kind, professional and will answer any question you have. You can buy postal packaging there and there is an area for you to be able to write things down or prepare something before you send it off.

You have mentioned here that you’re open till 1:00pm on Saturdays. Arrived at 12:45 today and surprisingly saw that you closed at 12:30. You truly wasted my time as I drove 14km to get there. Be organized and respect your customers. Update TIMETABLE HERE!!!

Generally good service except lack of communication with post parcel weigh-ins. eg. if the parcel contents weigh-in just over 2kg, an item can be removed to save hefty international postage prices. Heads up please, next time.

Overworked and sometimes sad faced but they still get the job done and totally know their stuff. Been here a few times now and now they recognize me and it's more friendly. I'll be coming here more often too :)

So friendly and helpful, I had many many page's from many many documents and the staff helped me to use the photocopier, and to put my documents back in order so I could send them, thank you ☺

One short, middle-age mildly overweight male staff was rude, lack of training and should know more about post office services.

The manager is always friendly and patient, plus he is very professional in helping with our enquiries. Highly recommend!
