My mum went to pick up a parcel and they said it wasn't there. I called them 5 times and no one picked up. My mum called and they had her on hold for 25 mins, by then she reached there and their excuse was they forgot. After they saw proof from the parcel tracking that the parcel was in their store they finally bothered to look for it.

Today we had our 2 month baby passport application and photo taken. Even though the post office was incredibly busy, I am grateful of the time and patience taken by the staff (Sunil i think) who processed our photo and application. Thank you very much!!

The people who work here are amazing and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond and make everything quick and easy. It's actually quite unbelievable. What's your secret? Is there something in the water? More post offices should be like this one!

Been trying to call this post office for 2 days now - no one picks up the phone. Yesterday alone, I tried calling 16 times and the Australian Post head quarters has been trying to call them too regarding an urgent transfer of a parcel.

I have been dealing with the owners and staff of Thornleigh Australia Post. They are an absolute pleasure dealing with them. They are very helpful and always go out of their way to help. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Thornleigh post office has a reputation of being one of the worst post office's to deal with. Unfortunately that's my local post office which I can't say I've experienced first hand as I can't even get them on the phone.

In stark contrast to the atrocious service I received at Pennant Hills P.O earlier in the day, the employee with whom I dealt at Thornleigh P.O could not have been more polite, helpful, courteous and engaging.

Called 6 times in past week during work hours, no one has bothered to answer the phone once. I even left a message last week which was not returned. Very unprofessional will be going to Hornsby instead.
