Extremely rude owner. I tried to talk to him as australia post has lost my parcel and he just kept saying if you have a complaint call 13 13 18. When i asked him again he waved his hand at me telling me to leave and call 13 13 18 and complain. How is this man still in business?

To the woman owner. If you don't like people, maybe you shouldn't be in retail. You were rude and abrupt with a lady with two young kids. This poor lady didn't have great English, and was pretty distressed by the experience. It's pretty disappointing.

Under new management! Finally some smiling faces. The new management are warm, friendly and helpful, and the shop looks clean and bright. After years of avoiding this shop because of terrible terrible service, I will start coming back regularly.

Been using Tony at Australia Post for the last 12 months for my small business. Excellent service and never had an issue, sometimes when I get there just on 5:30pm as he's closing, he will quickly process my parcel - good customer service.
