An epitome of customer service. It was such a delightful experience. Next line is a weird one to say about a post office, but even if you are feeling low, you will be cheered up! My second visit here, the Indian lady behind the counter is graceful, cheerful, professional and extremely helpful. Even the other lady behind the counter was very sweet. I am yet to come across a post that has got 4.6 rating. Hardly do Post google ratings cross 2.5. That says something about this establishment.

BEST EVER POST OFFICE SHOP IN THE HILLS !!! Maggi & her team are so welcoming & friendly. They know their business inside out. Many of my parcels are international - they know the procedures & I never have to worry. Maggi & her husband Sachin are totally AMAZING !!! They have embraced our local community to the max. Lovely helpful genuine people so willing to help and if a quiet time, have a chat . I called in one Sat morning and door was open but didn't realise the PP was closed for business. Her husband was there doing a clean up etc but invited me in and served me, I was trying to send a parcel urgently overseas. He even rang his wife for assistance in helping me.

Exceptional level of customer service. I went there for some stat declarations, and Magi helped by taking time going through the document, also suggesting a few legitimate changes. It is hard to find a post office that is actually interested in serving the community. There's a reason why they are rated 4.5+ whereas most other businesses are 2..

Went in Saturday morning with a query they were unfamiliar with. I was told by AusPost help that postal workers could call a retail help line if needed but the woman/owner told me it wasn't available on weekends? Called AusPost and they told me this is false. Didn't appreciate being lied to by someone who just didn't want to help.

Seriously? Is it mandatory to take a course in "unhelpfulness and hierarchy" before being employed by Aus post? Asked if there was a cheaper way to post something, was told absolutely no way... Figured it out myself in 4 seconds and saved myself $10. Will travel to rowville in future where they go out of their way to assist.

The nicest/most helpful staff at this post office. I had to go to knox for something and went to the post office and left disgruntled. Popped into this post office on the way home and they helped me in 5 mins and were SO friendly and helpful! Will ALWAYS use them from now.

Have had a PO box here for 30 years, Carolyn has been the best owner by far, always provides the best service with a smile, even during this last horrible Covid 19 year. Hope the new owners are at least half as friendly and helpful. Thanks Carolyn will miss you!

The most wonderful, kind, lovely owners. Greeting customers by name and helping everyone with kindness. They even helped me pack a tricking parcel. I will drive the extra distance just to go to this post office in future.

I have tried couple of post offices in the area, but never had such a good experience. The ladies here greet you with a smile. I am happy as they helped me save couple of dollars for sending a parcel to UK.

The staff here have been nothing but helpful and professional towards me and my partner as we had to organise legal documents and needed extra help. Also very positive and uplifting service.
