several times I have had to pick up my package on these peoples times, website says open Thursday till 6pm NO they close at 5pm when on Sat CLOSED so for people who work full time when do you expect us to pick up our package. we don't all have family and friends to go and collect. If your a small business how about working on our times and open up till 6pm on a Thursday night or even on a Saturday. Sorry you want Saturdays off for the month of Jan WHO DOES THAT selfish company. I have no choice to go to you but if I did ill pick a different post office. All you get is O Well that's our hours. Very poor reply

I live in Middleton Grange, I have been trying to avoid my parcel to deliver to home just in case the postman missed me, unfortunately my sender made an error from time to time and still sent my parcel our to my home address. The parcel will then automatic redirected to this store, then it would make it more difficult to collect my parcel unless I want to pay an extra $10 to get it redirected to somewhere or take some time off work to collect it. Their opening and closing time (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday ONLY) aren't suitable for most workable people.

Have to give the low stars as this place has the worst facilities for parking/very hard step to get into the shop /very small customer waiting line tripping over the boxes of all the online undelivered mail /staff always nice for what they have to put up with !!!!! …

This post office offers the best service. The ladies go above and beyond to assist their customers. They are friendly, and always happy. Keep up the great service you ladies are the best.
