I've been regularly coming to this post office for over 5+ years now and both Felly (the hard working lady who is there most of the time) and Max (the owner) have been incredibly friendly and helpful - always going above and beyond! I can't thank them enough for all the help they've provided our small business' team over the years. They've been so accommodating! I'm not sure if some of the other reviewers (who mention poor service) are referring to the correct post office as they seem to be mentioning names of staff members I have never come across. Note that there's also Willoughby Post Office down the road near Dan Murphy's. One reviewer even mentioned something about a woman at the counter being 'super nice' to a 'white person' - not that race is even relevant but I am not white either...

Felly the lady that works at the font counter is so rude. She has been rude to me many times and then she yelled at an elderly couple in front of me the other day because they didn’t understand her. I told her not to yell at the couple and I reported this to Australia post. I avoid going there because she is so rude but I decided to do something about it because it’s not ok to treat people like that. Especially when your in a customer service role. I have now read the reviews below and see that others have also had a bad experience with her. Hopefully she will move on to a more suitable role where she doesn’t deal with customers and therefore destroy not only this shop but also the reputation of Australia post for allowing it.

I just had an interaction with the charming James. Witnessing how rude someone could be to a senior member of the community was shocking. The poor elderly gentleman needed a little help in making the transaction for a bill he was paying. Remember James, you are in a customer-facing role; if it's not for you, maybe ask for a transfer into the postal room where you can be blank-faced and rude till your heart's content. Yes, COVID-19 has us all down, but this is the time when people should support one another and show some compassion to the elderly.

I normally don’t leave a negative feedback unless the service is very bad or beyond! Staff here is not friendly, seemed like they don’t like the job. They give wrong information and if you try to tell them the right information they neglected it. Very stubborn! In every time I come here I regret and I say to myself it is not worth it to visit it again. But this time is very serious and no way to comeback here. Today I have wasted more than 2 hours going back and forth because of the misleading... Run away mates.... HOPELESS!!

They shut at 12:30 on a Saturday - NOT 1:30 as on here and on the Australia Post website. I wasted over 40 mins this morning driving 20 minutes there and back with the promise they were open - I tried to call to confirm but as it said everywhere online they close at 1:30pm AND without a phone number anywhere then I assumed that to be correct. Wrong. They shut at 12:30! How hard is it to update the website?! Seriously this is such bad customer service and I feel like I’ve completely wasted my morning. Not happy.

I went to post my card for Christmas today, Thar lady asked me for Christmas or postcard? I said yup for Christmas n she charged me price for Christmas-card and then after I sticked it,she said to me these r postcards not Christmas-card….but u already sticked it so…that’s it. WT…it’s awful!!!!! Terrible customer service,she is nice to white only but I’m not white

Seems like a pleasant store & nice staff but the website needs an update. States that it does high risk work licences but when I got there I was told that "we don't do that here." It's incredibly unprofessional to not have up-to-date information for customers. Please fix it to list only the services offered here so others won't be inconvenienced.

I have just received the most thoughtful, supportive and kind experience from the staff at this post office. I had a lot of parcels to send to multiple locations, I didn't feel rushed and was given great guidance as to the best way to send the parcels for my needs. I would recommend this post office, note it's open on a Sunday.

The official website of the post office says it is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 PM I hurried back to get it. He told me that it was closed from 9 am to 5 PM. Have let me run to run past this period of time, I might as well go shopping with my classmates

I don't believe those negative reviews:/ These guys are the nicest people that I met, especially in these types of services. They always open, always nice to everyone, never ever had a bad experience with them and come weekly...

Rude woman at the counter! She was crabby at me for asking simple questions but when a white person came she became super nice overnight. if there is a 0 star or rotten tomato rating, I would give it that!!!!

Keep going back, staff are friendly and helpful, so flexible, easy and pleasant, great for postage services as they're open late and weekends, love the service

Extremely rude and not willing to help. This is only a news agency. Go else where people. If you guys aren’t willing to serve the community why bother

Unbelievably slow for even basic postal services. Took literally 20mins for the assistant to process a single international express letter.

I think the negative reviews are fake. These guys are always friendly and the extended opening hours often save my day!
