Horrible service. I spoke to the women on the phone prior to going in to get a passport photo which they said to come in anytime before 4.30. When I arrived at the post office the women looked at my child and said “I’m not taking a photo of that child, not like that” my child was not crying or carrying on, she was just cuddling in. When I said you haven’t even tried she proceeded to roll her eyes. Absolutely terrible service. We run a business with purchasing Express post envelopes for orders and we will no longer be using them.

I feel bad giving a negative review, because the lady was nice. She way over quoted me on postage, I double, and triple checked with her on the amount. I use Australia post a lot to post items, so I knew this was wrong. Instead of arguing, I drove to the next Australia post and paid less than 1/3rd of what she told me the price was. I won’t be returning.

Small post office with Rude staff who bungle up transactions and shout at customers. Since the management changed, the level of customer service here has been appalling and disgraceful at best. Don’t waste your time, best to go to another post office.

The staff here are absolutely incredible. I've been using Yarra Glen post office for just over 12 months now for my business and their help has been above and beyond.
