I wish I can give Zero star. Poor management and customer service. I make a special order via phone and serve by Christine. Further confirmed total cost was $10. I haven’t received any call after 4 days. So I went to the shop. Unfortunately Christine wasn’t at work, another shop girl said total cost was $560 instead and ask me come back few hour when Christine at work. I went back on the same day afternoon, Christine said total discount given was $10. She said I misunderstood what she said. It doesn’t make any sense to me. When a customer ask you for a price, why would you tell people total discount given rather then total cost. Wasted my time, have been driving back and forth for 2 hours today.

Most of the workers at this post office are lovely, professional and effective. Unfortunately, the main worker (christine) who takes care of postage is awful. She has taken 10 minutes to post one domestic letter and she yells at customers when they are unsure of sonething. I personally would have been okay with this had she not suggested a padded bag and assured me the item i sent would not be damaged. Will never come back here again.

The two main Chinese women that work there are HORRIBLE. Definitely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and I will not be going back. They are extremely rude and take much too long in regards to packages. I will never understand how anyone can be inherently hateful and condescending to a mere customer who they've just met. Appauld is an understatement.

I am a local. I support local but DEFINATELY THIS POST OFFICE . The post office staff ,2 females have No customer care at all and extremely rude. No responsibility in providing a service to the community. Now taking my complaint to Aust Post customer service.

wish i could give a zero star rating..if you aren't a 'regular' they will treat you like trash. Avoid this place at all costs! I work in retail myself and it honestly shocked me how rude and inadequate the service staff were.

Arrived at the LPO 5.50pm and it is closed. What's the point of advertising trading hour until 6pm. Might as well not open at all, stay home. So unprofessional, don't even know how to run a business.

Good service, the lady always looks after me and gave me options to save with couriers and parcels after asking about the location and timing. Exceptional customer service! Parking is also easy.

Consistently lovely staff and prompt service here, had a wonderful lady called Christine help me sort out a package. Not a very busy post office so there's only rarely a line here.

Helen in the Post office was extremely helpful. The other one I used in Greythorn was a miserable decision. So even though it is further, I will come here

Poor service, highly likely to go out of my way to request that my packages be left at an alternative Australia Post outlet in future.
