Terrible. Trying to collect a parcel on behalf of my mother as she isn’t available during the open hours, and when a slip was not left by aus post. She is working and remote so sent me the emails to collect. Older lady rude, not helpful. Wouldn’t allow discussion with manager. Couldn’t advise why I slip was not left. Terrible.

I just don't understand. 100% of packages are being sent straight to this centre that then doesn't open on weekends? (No update on package notification that Saturdays are now closed). We work. When do we collect our package? Very hard to register any kind of feedback.

I've never had an issue with this Post Office, they are quick to respond, customer service and attitude to the public is respectful no matter how busy they are or how long the queue is. The team working there do an awesome job.

They are the best always get my parcels and the like delivered in top condition and the service is fast and easy they also have the convenience of a parcel locker so you can pick up after hours. Thanks Australia Post.

Absolutely ridiculous. I paid for delivery, no attempt to deliver, just took it straight to the DC. Don't use Australia Post.
