Nominated my younger sister to go and pick up my parcels as I was working a full shift and didn’t have time to go myself, lady at the refused to give her my packages even though I nominated her through the app to pick it up for me. So rude saying "even if you are her sister she has to pick it up herself”, which is ridiculous as it seems that she doesn’t even know the policies of her own company. Waste of my sisters time and waste of my time to now have to go in and pick up my parcels which could have already been done so.

Agreeing with other reviewers about the rude asian woman at this post office. She's also overly self-important and makes you feel like she's doing you a favour. What's worse is the incompetence at this branch. The people here have actually sent a number of my parcels incorrectly by using the wrong method of shipment. Meaning, my parcels were never delivered and I've had to send them again. They literally don't know what they're doing. I've have had a much better experience at the Melton South branch.

Rude women, I just ask why my photo is not good, my hair is messy. Then she said its not my problem and I said its your duty to make your customer nice in the camera and she is the photographer she should've known that thing. Then she said ok just refund your money. As a staff you should respect your customer and ask if the customer like to refund the money or repeat the process of taking a nice photo.

INDIAN GIRLS PLAYING GOD WITH THE MAIL. Worst post office in Melbourne!!! The Indian girls that work there get off on withholding mail and mail deliveries. Usually from clothes shop, stuffing up applications or anything you go there for, if they don't like you. This is an Australian post office, they need to sack them and hire professionals. I'll never use this place again. Down town India.

I had to pick up a parcel from this store and the staff there were so utterly lovely. When I phoned and explained my situation, they offered to wait around for me to let me in if I was running a couple of minutes late past their closing. They really helped me out, were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for your efforts!

One of the better Post Offices I have been to recently. Pity the prices are about to rise while the services diminish. A clean and tidy store with well stocked shelves and friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking and easy access. The bonus of a shopping centre with a great variety of retail and food stores to choose from.

Attended for a passport application at 9.20am and was told by the rude female staff member to come back at 9.30! No signs in the store of said policy. Not the first time i have encountered her unhelpful attitude. Avoid attending at same if possible-staff at the High St Melton Post Office are much nicer and helpful.

Just okay service. Very hard to find friendly staff at this post office. Usually wait is long, could be they are overly loaded with melton west area. Its very hard to access the store with stroller in hand with kids as well.. they need to make waiting area little big bigged for easy access.

Visited this place and found Ravinder singh behind the counter serving people non stop with real positive gestures. Went out of his way to help us out with our passport applications.From now on this would be our new Post store. Thank you Ravinder keep doing the great work.

Although clearly signed where to queue everyone goes around the queue on the sides and gets served. Law of the jungle! I am also ready and in a hurry. At least the staff can manage the queue but NO. I haven't seen this behaviour in suburbs outside melton. Unacceptable.

1. Lost my item - don't get back to me and say it's delivered - keep the item to themselves (a mobile phone) 2. Say they need a print out of the statement that I show on phone to verify identity 3. People can't get to the next screen on their own software

Always so slow. Three People working and standing 20mins and no movement. Lady went to send my package last time to Iceland not Ireland, had to come back so they could change the details. Very poor service.

Rude asian woman. Makes you do what is supposed to be her job. Just pull the sticker off and stick to the printed receipt...its your job! Recommend Melton South branch, staff are helpful and friendly there.

Neat and tidy small Australia post in the woodgrove shopping center in Melton, entry via Big W gate. Very friendly staff, Desi ladies very helpful. Easy access and plenty of car park.

Very bad customer service and hopeless on the phone more than an hour on hold and yet no one is answering my call and yet they call it customer service what a shame

Keep paying extra for tracking when sending out packages to family as well as important legal documents but it is never implemented properly by the staff.

Wide range of everything to stationery to really nice post satchel packs for sendinggifts, Christmas cards and all other wonderful kinds of things

Slowest po I've ever been to. Every staff member is utterly useless APART from the Asian man, he serves 3-4 times faster than anyone else.

Australian post delivery driver don’t even bother to ring the bell amd leave card for collection from post office... totally disappointed

Staff have literally no idea what they are doing. Ship regularly through another post office and these guys here seem untrained at best.

Love there service. All other Aus post make you go back and forth a lot. I find them very helpful. I would highly recommend them.
