This Post shop is a complete waste of time visiting. No idea why Aus Post drivers send collection items here when it’s only open 9-5pm Monday to Friday and not to the Market street location instead which has much more full time workers

Before stopping here, I wondered how on earth a post office could receive just 2 stars. Now I know. Apathetic, disinterested staff, no idea what customer service "could be", let alone is. Horrible vibe. Took my parcel elsewhere.

I always get really great service here. The tall lady with curly hair is extremely helpful and always gives good advice or anticipates any extra info you might need. Just a pity they’re not open on Saturday mornings.

I had passport photos taken at another Australia Post that didn't end up meeting the size requirements. When I followed up, that Aus Post (Lygon Street North) refused to do a re-print and were really rude.

Staff is always rude and impatient. This time they didnot give chance to even look at the mirror before clicking passport photos. Photos were not shown before printing. I will not come back again.

Marama was pleasant and thorough in helping process my 2 child TFN applications even though it was a bit busy. Quite a few people were served while I was there and everything was quite orderly.

I’ve been lucky to have had good experiences here-shoutout to the Indian man (wish I knew his name-but he was working this afternoon 5/4) that’s often working. He is always so helpful and kind!!

Shocking customer service from this Post Office, avoid at all cost. I dread having to go in here to pick up a parcel.

Friendly staff helped out on what we needed. This location was not busy on a weekday so we were done in 5 mins.

I come here quite regularly and I'm always impressed with their customer service!
