I rang the post office to tell them I wouldn’t be able to collect my parcel for two weeks as I told them I’d need to self quarantine after my return from New Zealand. A few days after my quarantine. I went to collect it and they told me they had returned it to the sender however it was never received by the sender.

I have dealt with a lot of aus post offices and this is hands down the worst! Customer service is appalling, they’re arrogant, incompetent, ignorant people that have no idea on the requirements for passport photos. I have had to collect parcels from here and present my ID 3 times for one parcel.. absolute idiots!
