We used this Solicitors to assist with a bad accident that happened on a retail outlets property. The entire incident was captured on the outlets own cc tv so should have been a formality to deal with. They failed again and again to keep us advised of any developments with our case. We had to email them on numerous occasions to get any information from them. And their response was often simply to advise that there was no development. They were unable to arrange a mandatory meeting with the opposing solicitors to settle the issue. Almost two years after contacting them we had an offer from the outlet involved which we accepted as were totally unable to continue with the level of service we were receiving. It took a further ten months before the final amount was paid despite again contacting the solicitor on numerous occasions. Once they had their cut they were just not interested. The last contact we had when trying to secure the final payment was that they couldn't do any more for us. We would never use this law firm again. We received a TERRIBLE service that wasn't worth a dollar coin.

As a Financial Planner I thought I new a thing or two about Estate Planning and Wills however Danyon from the Wynnum office really got me thinking and asked all the curly questions to get me thinking outside of the box. I can highly recommend Australian Law Group Wynnum in drafting a Will. I believed Superannuation was always separate from a Will. I showed them the Superannuation Binding Death Nomination Form. In my situation I was advised this was redundant.They put some wording into the Will so if any Superannuation it is paid to my estate. A solicitor that is number one working for you. He said you tell me. They go through it with you to understand it and questions if you have any....Lesser in price.

Shame on you! Took $550 from my elderly mother with Alzheimers dementia for a will to leave a teddy bear to her 56 year old Daughter. My mother had no idea what she was doing and these people took her money without question. Surely this request would have raised eyebrows? I have made several calls and they will not return my calls, you need to refund her money ASAP or I will be taking this much further. Disgraceful!
