I made one phone call , don't even think it rang more then 3 times when a lovely lady answered and was the most helpful and answered all my question. I asked if they had any mechanic's that can work on Proton's straight away she said I have the man for the job , his name was Jacob and just like that I was booked in. Well Jacob rang me said he was ahead of time and could he come early I said no problems my partner is at home and she can answer any questions you will have. When I got home from work my partner informed me that Jacob was an absolutely amazing mechanic answer all her questions , told her what was wrong with her little Proton what we need to fix it and that once these little problems where fixed it will run like a dream. So to me for the $99 I spent it was well worth it and will be definitely using AUTOKING again any problems that might come up with her little car. So to AUTOKING Thankyou so much you guys are amazing

I would urge anyone looking for a mechanic to look anywhere else before engaging Auto King. Their backyard mechanic has done more than $22,000 worth of damage to my vehicle - all stemming from a simple sensor replacement. Their mechanic tried to rip out the old sensor and broke it, and then took to my engine with a crowbar to try and get the rest of the sensor out, all while swearing and carrying on during the process. When I phoned to complain, I was told I had to fill out a “customer satisfaction” form by a very rude woman who didn’t seem to care about the damage their company has caused. I am now having to engage legal representation to resolve this in court. Do NOT use AutoKing - go literally anywhere else.

The price are so high. I paid $500 for just one rotors And pads replace but it didn’t fix the problem that I needed. The reception staff are very rude and no sense of customer service. Also the price are way too high I got a quote for $300 for a oil change service. But other better named brand such as mycar has offered me half of their price. Not very satisfied with this company. And as looking through the reviews there are no recent ones.

Ive just used Auto King for two safety Cerys in the last 2 months. One for buying a car interstate & one for selling my car. They were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating and the inspections were carried out at my office. I didn’t waste and time going or coming from a garage. Everything was carried out quickly. I paid with credit card and with minutes I had my certificate emailed to me. Highly recommend Auto King.

Quoted $300 then once job done charged nearly $630. Disgraceful service. Once starter motor fitted car didn’t start. Rang office to be told “ring fitter direct” we can’t help. I did ring fitter but never got back to me. Hired a professional company who came and fixed issue within 10 mins and stated it should have been done as part of starter motor fitment. Dearest RWC you can get at $120 + $45 recheck.

The Mechanic that came out to me was super efficient and good at his job. My car wouldn't start and within in hour he had diagnosed it was not in fact the engine but a chip my key that was causing the issue! And sure enough it was. The price is reasonable for the service you get with these guys, I will go with them again and recommend them to my friends because I was impressed. Great work

I rang and aranged a Safety Certificate on a vehicle I had listed for sale this week. The Team at Auto King arranged for one of their Team ( Chris) to inspect the vehicle the next day and then email Certificate to Department of Transport & Main Roads. All round a good experience from the friendly Team at Auto King,which I can highly recommend.

Got a RWC. Failed tyres due to scuffing -still plenty of tread. Tyre guy said there was nothing wrong with tyres. Bump stops failed. Mechanic who fitted replacements said he would have passed them. Cost me over $500 due to his overzealous attitude. They charge for reinspection and are way dearer than the statutory rate for RWC.

I’ve had two experiences with Auto King with Louis and Jacob in Springfield Lakes for mobile roadworthy certificates. Both of them were very professional and personable and I will continue to use auto king into the future for anything to do with my cars. Upfront with costs and no stuffing around. Highly recommended.

Prompt response to my enquiry. Organised day and time. Turned up on time earlier due to cancellation ( rang to see if OK). Harley the inspector was great explaining the process and what was required in transferring rego from Vic to QLD. Great service and price plus the convenience of them coming. Highly recommended.

Chad was great, he assured me the car would be fixed by the weekend so I can spend time with my grandson and he was true to his word he is very cool headed,.he is one bloke that makes your company great.I have more work to be done on the old Camry and Auto King is getting the work. I reckon Chad is the Auto King.

The mechanic was awesome arrived earlier than the time suggested. Found problem. We managed to order the part. Came in early we attached it and no more overheating. Highly recommend him again and to family and friends It's great to have someone to come out when you need it fixed.

The staff on the phone are very rude. I will never use them again. customer service down the drain! You better off using a more trusted source such as "Mycar" Mobile. As they would offer cheaper option and a fantastic service. This place is a massive rip off. Never again!

Called and spoke to Joel and request my crank shaft bolt be removed and oil seals replaced. Said that they wont come as the repair process had already started. Seems that if your in need of a mobile mechanic to help with a routine job this may not be the people to call.

Slightly sarcastic, negative, experience....also pulled apart some of the vehicle, and made threats about going somewhere else for a roadworthy. We dont mind fixing the car, but did not have to be so rude.
