Very poor service. Rude and money hungry. Took my car there for a minor service with the agreement that i get informed what the charges will be BEFORE the work gets done. Got called 2 hours later by a rude receptionist explaining to me that i owe them $ 580.00 for the minor service. Upon asking why i was not informed as per agreement, a rather pathetic excuse was delivered in an attempt to change the subject mentioning some rates increased last year, but nothing actually answering my question, which was why did they not call me before doing the work. Ofcourse knowing how much they will charge me, i would have never bring my vehicle there on first place. I went to collect my car, where i have met a manager to speak to, in an attemp to resolve this situation, but dissapontingly was met by a rude and attacking individual. Back yard mechanic mentality is ovewhelmingly present. Pathetic! Not to mention, will never gonna bring any more business to this place.

I was initially recommended to Autowerks Automotive by a friend who has told me they are professional and take much pride in their work, this has definitely been true. I have been in touch with Sonny and he has gone above and beyond in his work and very meticulous with everything he does. The money spent here is definitely well worth it for the careful, professional and expertise of work at this shop. Not to mention the front desk has always been so friendly, patient and helpful when answering the call and are willing to work around me. I have a SS VF Holden redline and was looking to get an upgrade. Stumbled across Autowerks Automotive on Facebook. From the moment I enquired until the moment I picked my car up with a stage3 head and cam package , The customer service was unbelievable. Special shout out to Dee and Sean for helping me understand and taking the time making sure I got what I wanted the guys over at Autowerks definitely have the best advise and also know what they are doing when it comes to performance upgrades. I will definitely be back for future services and upgrades as these guys have won me over from this experience. I couldn’t be more happier with my car as it feels and drives like new.

Dropped car off for a scheduled service. Just as I pull into the driveway, the unmistakable sound of a failed lifter appeared. Down on staff, Sean and Sonny went above and beyond to strip down the engine and start the repair work while having other cars to work on as well. I cannot thank the Autowerks team enough for all the help they have done for me over the past 2 years as a customer. The end result was mind blowing. The car feels like new again with unbelievable power. Look forward to continue to take my car there for maintenance and upgrades.

I first contacted Sean at Autowerks earlier this year about tuning my sv6 ve commodore he was very accommodating , always happy to help and answer any questions I may have had and did a really good job , so I returned last week with my ss commodore after some modification work I completed , Sean carried out a checkover of my work and proceeded with a dyno tune with fantastic results Could not recommend this shop any higher. My LS3 Senator needed some specialist attention after several attempts by other mechanics failed to fix some spectacular oiling issues. The only choice to get the car sorted properly was Autowerks. Not only did Sonny and the team sort out the leak quickly at a reasonable price, they also found some suspension issues that had been overlooked by "experts", and that's No Bull. 14 years old and 240,000km on the clock and, after a few days at Autowerks, it drives like a new one! Can't recommend them enough!

Fine shop for all Dyno works. Great system, Sonny is very approachable and knows all about cars and taste. Reception is really nice, 5 stars amenities like the dealership servo. Honest shop, great advice however prices on the higher side for custom work like exhausts, however prices are negotiable and plenty of discounts. Would definitely recommend if you have a high performance car.

No matter what questions I have even if it doesn't make sense they are always there to help, not that I know much about cars the relationship started as a check over my car advised by a friend dont go anywhere before you see sonny and problems were found so as a friendly advice for a small few bucks for a piece of mind thanks guys Great work ethics

Bought my car in after a botched tune a few weeks earlier, sonny was very helpful giving me a run though of why he tuned the car the way it was tuned. Car has never driven better. Sean from Autowerks is an absolute Legend!!! If you are thinking of getting a fiinterchiller, you have come to the right place!. A/C lines are all hard-lined. The temps get to -18c & since fitting the chiller, at light to medium throttle the car just wheel spins all the way up the road!! Couldn’t be happier!!!

Sonny tuned my VF SS after I had CAI installed. The car feels great. Better throttle response and acceleration. Picked up nice power in mid range and top end. Surprisingly it also uses less petrol ! Magic !
