$120 to mount tires - reusing old valve stems, not sure if that includes balancing. I also never got my valve stem covers back. $25 to replace valve stems, they were not going to tell me the price before the work. I drove all the way there, only told me the price after I asked. A heads up would've been nice, and considering other places will mount tires with new valve stems, not worth my time here. Just want to reply to your response here. The caps were not on when i left. I'm not exactly sure what you're suggesting, that maybe the next customer that comes should thoroughly inspect their car after getting it back from your garage? To clarify, I did stay to discuss, but there was no dialogue, so I left because you felt it was more convenient to surprise me with a $25 charge before checking with me. You have my phone number, e-mail, you never reached back out to resolve. But you are right, there is no longer a need to discuss, thankfully, there are still shops that want my business. Ordered new tires from an online store & the website showed this garage as one of the available installation places. The only young guy at the garage was friendly, even though he tried to up-sell me new front brake pads and claimed that "they need to be replaced in days, no more than a week". As I service my own cars, I knew that's not true & brushed it away. No big deal. About 2 weeks later, my child told me that he saw something in our driveway. Turned out to be a lug nut fallen from a front wheel with the new tire. Further check found two extra very loose lug nuts on the same front wheel. If my child didn't notice that lug nut, we would most likely get into some real trouble down the road. I wrote the review & soon got a response from the owner. He’s concerned & explained that their procedure says all nuts should be retorqued after 80 or 100km. He agreed that his employee should follow the procedure closely, double check the torque, and remind all customers of that. Hope similar mistake won’t happen again.

Very disappointing! Found them on market place check the reviews, asked the person who i believe was the owner for a quote on all weather tires, he said he has all terrain tires, I did my research and reviews were good. Had them installed first winter storm i was spinning all over the place, had to put it in 4x4 just to get into my garage. went back to the store, ended up waiting almost half hour for the owner to show up. he finally did we talked and he said he cant do anything for me except sell more tires that would cost more then the first set. Another thing was I messaged him two ago prior to going to the shop and he never replied back to me to address my concerns. That will teach me to try smaller shops. Shop Manager was amazing person, great people skills.

I took my 2018 Tacoma into Autocrats not knowing many shops in Calgary due to recently moving from Manitoba and let me tell you I was not disappointed. They not only were friendly to a new person entering their shop but were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to my work schedule. I went in for a oil change and they were able to visually show me my brake pads were going on my truck, they brought out the pads so I could visually see how low they were and gave me options. They were able to show me something I had no idea even needing fixing ASAP! Staff also gave me options for types of brakes and pricing for my comfort zone, I was very impressed by the professionalism held in the shop. No need to look for another shop , head into autocrats.

Super honest mechanics. They showed me the repair needed and got it done in a timely manner. I needed my honda crv fixed the sane day and the owner stayed late to get it done. They also found out that another tire shop put on my tires the wrong way and they fixed it for me. I have been around plenty of shops but i never got treated so well at a shop before. I also sent my little brother there and he took care of him in a honest manner. I had repairs recommended from another shop and they showed me that the repair wasnt needed. They saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend these trustworthy people!

Went to them for tire and oil change and it was great service! One thing is they did forget to change how many km till next oil change in the actual car, but because it is an older model, I don’t think they knew of it and just wrote on the sticker. When finding out that I had a coolant leak, I decided to go back to them. Not only did they fix that but also fixed a small oil leak I had. Very honest mechanic as well! When paying, he saw that some money had stuck together and returned it to me. I will be going back for any other issues I face with my car!

I came into the anime shop they are opening next door with my kids a few months ago and had such a wonderful experience with the staff that I came back for an oil change. Boy was I not disappointed! Not only are their oil change prices are very reasonable but they also showed me pictures and let me go back and see some unsafe issues with my car. It’s really rare to see a mechanic shop willing to go the extra mile to make sure trust is built. I would 100% recommend visiting them. I will be back again!!

Right in the peak of Winter silly me needed new tires exchanged. Couldn't find anyone that would take me in in a heartbeat. Once I phoned autocrats they took me an after hours knowing it was dangerous to be driving on the tire as I currently was using and stayed late and got me done the day I called . On top of that it was probably the most fair price I had research that a 15 places. Go figure above and beyond service like this will get me coming back to put new tires on my truck.

I asked for my vehicle to be serviced as Ford was going to charge me 2400$. These folks did all the exact same vehicle service checks but only charged me on what I need by sending me photos, videos and showing me my old parts and it costed me about 1000$ less. They also fixed my broken under car plastics at no cost. Did I mention they have free water, coffee and tea? And if you wanted to chat, the young lady at the front does not turn you away. Very satisfying experience.

Amazing shop and employees, they were all very friendly and helpful and did their best to help me get my suv back on the road safely, all while being cost effective, as I am a university student. The guys explained everything to me, and showed me the parts that were broken and needed repairs. And the parts they couldn’t get done at the time, were ordered quickly and made sure to book my car back in as quickly as they could. Will definitely be back.

Mechanics haven't been an easy relationship, but I've never had a better one than autocrats. They're very honest, respectful, and knowledgeable for every car need. These are mechanic that are actually trying to help and provide a good service, not just make money. Great customer service. I booked in for a tire install/balance through blackcircles. They gave me some good tips, warned me of brake issues and sent me pictures of my damaged brakes, reprogrammed the tire pressure sensors without charging me, and talked me down from an alignment that I didn't need. Best experience that I have had at a mechanic's shop in a long time. If I didn't live out of province, they would be my go to shop.

Decided to try out this shop as there is a new owner. They were great got my car winter ready. They replaced my tires and installed new winters. Got an oil change. Got new break pads and rotors and 2 front windows tinted at 35%. The shop foreman was really good to deal with and gave me a free headlight restoration looks awesome will definitely go back there for future work. New owners really fixed this place up

The owner of Autocrats is very friendly and honest. He showed me the damage done to my rotor. I was basically driving not at all safe with my rear brake pad missing and caliber disengaged. They did a 4 hour replacement for my issues but only charged me for 2 hours of labour. They are amazing and so generous with their time. Would absolutely go back to them for any other car issues. Very appreciated.

Autocrats went out of their way to fit us in to make an emergency fix to my vehicle when I was on a family road trip. The big shops were all closing for the long weekend. I called them up to inquire about getting rims for my winter tires and they were extremely helpful. I was able to get in the very next day to switch my tires over and I didn't have to wait very long. They offered me tea and coffee and a nice place to sit and relax while I waited. I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Highly recommended place, friendly people, I replaced my winter tires there and their prices are cheaper than Mr. Lube or Canadian tires, fast service they finished it within 35 minutes off rims. I went Friday and got the appointment on Monday first slot. Its better you call them to get your appointment.
