Unfortunately I had a bad experience recently with this mechanic. I received a rude, rushed call from a worker that who's name starts with M to pick up my car on a Friday afternoon at 4pm after a service (I was the first there in the morning to drop my car off too at 7am). After letting him know I was a bit far away at the time (I was close earlier), he exclaimed that he thought I was nearby. I told him I had to call back in 10 minutes so I could pay over phone because I was driving, and he just said "the sooner the better" and hung up. After I called up and paid, it was all good and I forgive this. I got home to realise one of my hubcaps was missing. I understand it's my responsibility to make sure they are all secured, but it's not something I was thinking about at the time, As I had these hubcaps for over a year without issue. If anyone sees a black and red hubcap around Castlehill and rouse Hill area please let me know. As I can't find a replacement for purchase. Sorry I had to leave this review, as I had had a positive experience here before this event. Most likely this experience is rare, but still it happened to me. Perhaps I'm just unlucky or irresponsible with my hubcaps.

I've been coming here for more than 10 years. Very competent mechanics who both know what they're doing AND will tell you straight what's needed plus the likely costs. When you consider how often you hear of people paying premium dollars for very ordinary service at brand-name dealerships, you become aware that sometimes far smaller operators like this are way better and offer greater value for money. That's certainly the case here as the owner and the head mechanic both have multi-decades of experience. I've had a couple of tricky faults with my (older) vehicles that could've involved really extreme actions but with a pragmatic & practical approach these guys can talk it through to work out the best way of handling things. Would recommend anyone take any vehicle here as, even if they're not working on your specific car type regularly, I've seen many diverse vehicles in there, so they know how to use all that knowledge gained over such a long period to address all types of vehicles' issues and maintenance requirements.

been having my cars serviced for over 10 years, and my folks even longer. never, ever had an issue, and even if there was, it is resolved so promptly and with the care the vehicle needs nothing but the utmost professionalism, no beating round the bush and always upfront about what things will costs and what needs to be done. even after moving away i will always go back.

John was helpful before I spent any money. He gave me helpful advice about my car's DPF light that came on. Before I took it in he gave me a good idea of expected costs in our conversations. After a service, DPF regen and brakes replaced at a reasonable price - the car is running perfectly.

A thorough service at a great price! My car has never felt so good to drive. They were really helpful with walking me through registering my car in NSW (from WA) and fixed some issues I've had that my last mechanic ignored. Will be using these guys for a while!

These guys are fantastic, the way they conduct that business is just in two words VERY GOOD! If you are looking to have just about anything done with a motor car or four wheel drive, repairs or servicing please give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Take your car here John Mal and the team are true Automotive Professionals. John formally was a TAFE teacher. I be been taking my car to them for 24 years and my wife even longer. Always the best.

These guys are a bunch of cheats who don’t care about service and more about making a profit. Very bad in my view and will never return
