Amazing hospitality by Avinash (the owner). He will check up on you and guide you. As a foreigner he helped me so much with calling taxis, going to the ATM and in general getting things sorted out. He will go above & beyond, and make his staff do the same to make up for the logistical issues (there's no issue, it's just Uber does not allow pickups here but Ola does) Drop offs are fine. Such an amazing guy. Property is tucked in a peaceful location. If not for the owner's guidance I would rate the location 4 stars, but he absolutely makes up for it and ensures you feel at home. Thank you Avinash, you truly take away the minor worries of typical Airbnbs. Breakfast is available on request but I chose to be a little adventurous by trying out food around Sadahalli. Around a 2km walk away but a 5 min auto ride. If you pick this property just know that you're in safe hands with Avinash's help and the price you pay is well worth it. Will be back on my next business trip

Great place to party & spend time with friends, The perfect ambiance is set by nature, during our stay it was raining all through the night & Day, Rooms are very well maintained with Service.. Though there's no restaurant or kitchen that's serves food, You can try your hands on Self Cooking on the Ground floor that has a Small kitchen with basic cutlery & crockery.. We cooked some Paneer & fried Chilly Bajjis, Awesome experience with many trees around and Serene Green view, there's a cute open sit out on the terrace where you enjoy food and drinks, a dedicated smoke zone on second floor too. If you got no time to cook , food can be ordered Online.. Party Rocks when close friends & acquaints get together..

We had a family meet. Two families from different countries and we are from Bangalore. We looked for a resort but 3 times expensive. We settled for this facility and really enjoyed. One day picnics to Nandi Hills and Isha ! Very comfortable place. I recommend this facility

This place in present inside a closed community and constructed on a plot. It is 2 kms away from the busy Airport road. We observed that the basement and rooftop is used to have small get-together and functions such as birthday and naming ceremony. There are three rooms in each floor. The rooms have visiting space for visitors, a good options for business dealings. This is a good place where couples come very often due to safety and quiet environment. There are few plots already constructed but many of them are vacant which gives a remote and vacation experience for the people.

Really spacious rooms, very airy with and well lit. The rooms have everything necessary from a hot water kettle, tea making kits to toiletries. Rooms are well cleaned and there are dedicated smoking zones available at each floor. Each room unit has a small living area and a room with a queen size bed , the living area can accommodate two extra beds at additional cost, which makes it a comfortable 4 sharing per unit. The staff are very cooperative and special ups to Avinash for always being so responsive and catering to our requests. There's a beautiful sunset that can be seen from the property too :) Will definitely be booking again!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times an the high quilty of service and attention to detail remains the staffs amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate, I had a wonderful experience at the Avi Fortune. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.

Organised a get together for about 8-10 people. The process was smooth, the location was really accessible, and was accurate as per google maps. The check in was also smooth. We had picked the terrace for the get together, which is really spacious. Since it’s mostly secluded, we had a lot of privacy as well. There rooms were neat and well maintained. The hosts and caretakers were really hospitable and would definitely recommend the place .

Pros Very nice owner ( helped me in booking cab even when he was not in India) Very nice receptionist Ajay, went out of his way in assisting. He was super nice to us. Very clean room, quite close to airport. Good for a night stay if you need a place near airport. Cons Current went multiple times and i had to call receptionist each time to switch on the generator. It is a bit difficult to get cab from this place. In night, i think someone kept the window open end bats came in the room.

Located just near the international airport in city (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides you with great hospitality.The hotel staff was very helpful throughout our stay.The hotel provides almost all facilities from clean and neat rooms to attentive services. Just we two ladies stayed but we found that we were safe and well taken care of right from arrival to departure. The host Avi was always available on WhatsApp. And does every help for the guests.The boys at the hotel Ajay and Ravi were very helpful. There is restaurant close by ..where you get good food and also an excellent place for all your beauty needs.

A top level place for hanging out with your friends or family. The terrace at the top is heavenly in the Bangalore weather. The staff is super helpful and courteous. Even though they don’t have a kitchen yet (in plans), food will not be a problem because of the free delivery from nearby restaurants. We had an incredible time there and created immense memories. Much more worth than the accomodation price.

Had booked this stay through Airbnb. Had a very good experience throughout. We had booked the third floor plus the terrace. BBQ grill is available and bonfire can also be set up. The caretaker is very helpful and can get food delivered to you. This place is located in a very peaceful surrounding and is perfect for group get togethers and parties. Would definitely recommend.

We booked the place for three nights. The rooms are clean, huge and well maintained. Staff and host were friendly and welcoming. Host made sure all the requirements were arranged and it was very easy to communicate. Overall, I had a great experience at Avi Fortune and would recommend and visit again.

Stayed here over 3 times already. Budget stay. Pet friendly plus Avi is an incredible host. Will always recommend Avi Fortune Suites to my peers. Good restaurant availability on swiggy/zomato is a challenge though
