This was my second time working with Marquica Beasley. The first time was about 5 years ago when set the comp bar in my neighborhood when selling my townhome. She came in, told me what I did and didn’t need to do to get it sold and that she could get it sold within a week. Once she posted the photos several offers were immediately made and it sold within a few days. The second time around she helped me purchase a brand new single family home. We ran into some issues with the builder constantly changing the closing date over a 3 month period. She and Cindy worked closely with the builder to get on top of things and she did everything she could to find out what the issues really were that were delaying the closing. Kisa takes the time to get to know her clients and works hard to get what they want while remaining realistic about what can really be done in the current market. She is very knowledgeable and freely shares that information with her clients to make sure they understand the ends and outs of the deal. She accesses and shares her resources and connections when needed. She also has a great assistant Cindy who is just as knowledgeable, helpful and attentive as she is and works just as hard to get the deal closed. If you’re looking for a great agent/broker who will work for you, you will not go wrong with Marquica.

Availability, transparency, communication and understanding the process were all very important to me and Marquica and her team exceeded all my expectations. I always knew what to expect next, always felt like I was prepared. I can't imagine having a better selling experience.
