No wonder this branch had worst reviews… I often visit this branch, last few times I have had the worst experiences at this branch. Today Tuesday Dec 20, 2022 I visited the branch around 4:31 pm… the was only one teller the rest of the employees in their offices lazy and waiting for clock to show 5:00 pm so that they could leave… I waited for 20 mins and so one of the employee came out of his office to help me… I asked him that I need two drafts to be made and I gave him the names and amount, he was working on his system he was going through my account and he printed some papers and went to managers office for their approval. He stayed there for 8 mins the lady in the managers office asked me to sit as they need to verify something… I waited for another 8 mins and then I went to her and then she said we need to verify your account as there is hold on my account. There was hold on only one of the cheque and the rest of the funds were available I had over million dollars in my account and I needed drafts for only 17000$… All they said they are doing their duty, but if they need to verify something they can ask me I sold my house and that’s how the money was in my account. Also, I was informed in the afternoon that my hold has been removed after someone from BMO Burlington branch called TD bank to verify if the cheque deposited was genuine. And I was certain hold was removed and this is the reason I went to this branch… Khush the branch manager was on leave and there was another lady who was acting branch manager, trust me she doesn’t deserve to be manager. I had been telling them that I have a 2 year old kid I have to pick up from day care by 5:00 pm and it was already 5:15 at the branch… they wasted my time and I couldn’t do anything I know, no one would be taking any action of this review but still I want to write… I have had enough with BMO… there staff is now very rude….

I recently applied for the bmo Mastercard, and went to this location to activate the card. The teller checked my id, told me the card has been activated. I came home to register for online banking, had some problem with it which I needed to call bmo. After 30min of wait on the call, I been told to visit the branch again. Apparently the card was not even activated from the first place, no wonder they told me they cannot change the pin. Visited another branch, they were willing to solve the issue by calling the same number as I dialed, waited more than 30min. Also, I was able to check the status of the card were as "fraud" from another branch, the system had a comment contact the BMO by the phone which I cannot understand how this teller were not able to see it. Giving false information to the customer to avoid long frustrating work? Or does this teller even know what they are doing? That was the one of the worst experience I have ever had, and yes do not go to this branch.

if I could give them o stars I would. the other branches goes the extra mile with a smile, this guys, no smile, and well, they can't. Really? They wanna put a hold on a check, witch goes regularly, every month, without a problem, and they know me, as I do have a mortgage with them. So retarded ! I don't feel as they work on my interest. Specialy this branch, this location. Hope, when they will close some locations soon, they look at the stars to. I wish well to anyone, but guys, show me you work for me or at least, give me the impression. thank you !

I am a client of this branch since opening day. All my business they earn and will continue in the future . Tanya is by far the best banker I have ever dealt with and the branch is full of positivity and smile . I will highly recommended and upsets me when I see any negativity people are posting . I have moved all my business from CIBC after 20 years and will never look back. Keep the good work!

TERRIBLE branch. Avoid it at all costs. I went in for a simple mortgage transaction, which none of the staff knew how to handle. I was kept waiting for 40 minutes while the associate talked on the phone and then I was told they don’t know how to do it. ABSOLUTELY Ridiculous!!

Complete disregard for customer service or complete lack of knowledge of their own internal processes. Visited the branch for assistance based on what the "Help Centre" online indicated and was promptly told to do it over the phone. Complete waste of time

What kind of bank doesn't even offer a single weekend day of service? A bank for people who don't work, I guess? Not that they're much more help when they're open. Profiling by age and tellers who struggle with basic math.

3rd time in one year that the machines that are offering $50 bills do not have any then the one that is next to it gives me a receipt but the money does not come out. horrible experience.
