We have a Worcester boiler with a traditional hot water cylinder tank in an airing cupboard with a pump that boosts pressure to all the taps & showers in the house. Whilst the water pressure is great, the pump has always been noisy. I contacted Ben who came over to look at our heating system. He took time to explain the various options available & in the end we decided to have a new unvented cylinder. This could be put in the loft, we could get rid of the pump all together & have the same water pressure as before. We would also gain more storage in the airing cupboard. Ben arranged for a local builder to put a platform in the loft to spread the load of the new cylinder & then began the big job of installing all the new pipework. Ben clearly takes pride in what he does, he kept us updated at every stage & has done an absolutely superb job. If you need any heating or boiler work doing, I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben at BRP.

Ben has been working at our home for over two months now - doing multiple days a week. He has redone our bathroom and the downstairs WC, moved heating pipes, altered pipework around the boiler to allow for a new kitchen, and put in all new radiators with their associated pipework. He has done an absolutely outstanding job on every level. He has a real eye for detail and spots things that I hadn't. He is always on time, always kind and patient with my many questions, and is really easy to have in the house! He is professional on every level. After a disastrous British Gas visit and showing them the door, my husband sought a local Gas Safe engineer and found Ben. He came quickly, found the fault in our boiler, ordered a new part and within 24 hours our boiler was back up and working. All costs clealrly explained. He made a suggestion about our underfloor heating; about pumps fighting each other and gave my husband (who's techy) the info and left him to read up on it. No pressure. Ben is polite respectful and most of all a good knowledgeable gas engineer. He knows about underfloor heating, zoned heating etc. a must these days. Thank you Ben.

I wanted a new boiler installing and if possible wanted it putting in the cellar. I had four people come to look at where the old boiler was and showed them where I thought it could go. One person said it couldn’t be done, two people said it could be done but would mean pipework all up the cellar steps. Ben said yes it can be done and without any additional pipework.
