If I could give a negative star review I would. Order placed at 6.25pm with a “guaranteed” delivery before 9pm. After multiple phone calls after 9pm to find out where my order was I found out it has been cancelled. I had not been contacted or notified. If you can’t fulfil your promises - DON’T TAKE MY MONEY IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Staff are legends very helpful but that's as far as a nice comment from me. BWS head office are useless, appp problems, deliveries cancel all the time. 2 years I've been complaining to BWS customer service and nothing!!!

Saw a trolley in the middle of the way with no sense of safety for patrons. The lady in the store was so rude to my daughter who would have fallen Store BWS Crowsnest

Good staff (especially tall guy with eyewear, works evening shifts) has excellent customer service skills and friendly nature.
