The worst customer service experience ever by the team member named Peter Very rude and poorly trained guy. He needs to be put on performance plan and needs to be retrained or whatever and teach him how he can help customer without being rude and aggressive , Very surprising the company like Wollworths customer service is to that level now. I will be visiting one more time just to see how helpful they turned out to be next time but after that will never be visiting that shop. They should go and see how every staff at Liquorland next door are trained , very poor from BWS dee why

More a specific staff member Julian a young guy seems a bit weird. He had made fun of my autistic friend one day last month in the freeze room as he was uncomfortable. Then today denied me service after I had already bought 1 beer (1 longneck bottle of beer) and returned half an hour later to buy a bottle of wine for cooking. He obviously has social issues and needs to be replaced from face to face customer service. When he laughed at my friend it was gobsmacking I chose to forget it. Not this time. BWS AND WOOLNOTWORTHS WILL NEVER GET A CEMT FROM ME AGAIN

I was in Dee Why BWS around 7:30 on Saturday 15/6 , and just wanted to compliment the lady (Kim I think her name was) who served me. I found her very cheerful and helpful. She handled a difficult situation with an influx of customers in a really professional way.

I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at the DY store, they have gone above and beyond what I would expect to ensure I received my delivery when they (&I) have been let down by “JimmyBrings “ again
