This review is for Andrew- who served us yesterday morning. We were bit lost as the bottles were not marked which have sipcoins sale, so he gave us the printed list of items we can redeem with sipcoins. And even though he was busy, he came by and offered assistance. Thanks for your service Andrew.

Whichever young lady served me tonight, needs to work in ANY job aside from customer service. Not a regular staff member, seems to be a stand in. If it weren’t for the other staff I’d stop attending the store off one interaction with her.

I felt too worried about being knocked by other customers due to the floorplan layout to be able to browse and select so left without what I'd gone in for. Not approached by staff in the 5 minutes I was there.

All I did was walk past this store, and I'm being asked to review it? I dislike Eastland S/C & choose not to visit, however I was tricked into being there today. PROBABLY. My last visit!

Best customer service by Damien. He went above and beyond what was needed to help someone just looking for a bottle of bourbon. 10/10 would recommend.

Well. The staff were fine, they stocked the product I wanted that day & all was good overall.

Extremely satisfied considering they stock alcohol that can accommodate my allergies.

Good specials, often there are tastings and one of the staff in particular is helpful
