I checked online to see which store had the Teeling gift pack and it said that the Greenvale store had 3. I drove all the way to Greenvale yesterday at 6:45 pm just for the girl at the counter to tell me that they don’t sell the gift packs to customers and instead they take the glasses home for themselves. I was shocked to hear this. She also said that she was the one who broke the gift boxes and took the glasses out herself. When I asked her what she would have done if I ordered it online she said that she would reject the order. Is every bws store like this? Do you all steal the glasses from the gift boxes?

Staff poke to me as dude were closed as the roller door was still not open saying I’m not serving you as it was 7.50 pm not excuse me sir sorry we’re closed and I said if you were closed you roller door would be down and I said you do know the customer is always right this lady on the counter barked back and said no your not and I then said if your closed your roller door would be down I then finally got my product so disappointed I’m her way she addressed me calling me dude people like that shouldn’t be left in charge of your store

I was trying to find a specific bottle of gin as a last minute gift, but had to walk out of this shop due to the non-stop beeping / alarm noises that were going on. I know this sounds over the top, but it really gave me a headache and I don’t understand why they couldn’t address it after 5-10 minutes.

The guy who served me was truly a legend. Let me off a dollar or two on my box of wine. Had a good chat about the popularity of boxed wine.

Good variety, should give better prices but overall nice place
