"Overpriced compared to other liquor stores"
"It's a good touch having the empty wine boxes outside for BWS customers, but I think anyone who needs a box would be welcome to take one"
"A local bottle shop"
"OVERPRICED - Charged me $60 for a case of great northern, which was $45 at Dan Murphy's"
"Refused service to my pregnant partner because her 16 year old daughter was helping her carry the alcohol to the counter for our family get together"
Overpriced compared to other liquor stores. I shopped here weekly as it's convenient next to woolworths. The staff never remember you and constantly ask for ID (which is fine). The problem is there is no data in that store so the service app does not work everytime As a regular customer I'd appreciate if they remember your face like other local liquor store's. Won't be buying here again I'm well over 25 and look it, the way the sale went this afternoon did it for me i've had enough. I do recommend Liquor Co. At annangrove small business very friendly staff.
It's a good touch having the empty wine boxes outside for BWS customers, but I think anyone who needs a box would be welcome to take one. I think the idea is that now that there are no longer free plastic bags, customers can grab one on the way in. Good value alcohol especially when on special.
A local bottle shop. Smaller range available due to the shop size but prices are always competitive. Recent expansion to enlarge the whiskey, bourbon and spirits range is an advantage. Good parking available. Easy to pop into on the way home to get a refreshing drink after a hard day.
OVERPRICED - Charged me $60 for a case of great northern, which was $45 at Dan Murphy's. I can understand a difference of a couple of dollars, but a $15 price hike on Christmas Eve is just price gouging, and not in the spirit of Christmas. Other than that, they're OK.
Refused service to my pregnant partner because her 16 year old daughter was helping her carry the alcohol to the counter for our family get together. Then told she can't come back for 24 hours. Will take my money elsewhere. Would not recommend this store.
The guy serving on the sunday night went on an abusive argument with a guy trying to buy a bottle of wine . Store closing time is 7PM but staff very rudely told the customers that the store is closed at 6:50PM and was very abusive.
I don't drink alcohol but I needed to buy a present for someone. The staff were very helpful and suggested multiple ideas. Ended up going with one another shopper said they loved
Special stock is always with "this product currently unavailable" sticker, I wouldn't want to go there.
Great stock of all kinds of Beers, Wines and Spirits BWS. Very helpful staff and not very crowded too.
Just like any other BWS store. Staff was friendly and suggested good wines and offers.
