Wanted to buy a single malt whiskey but they were displayed behind the counter. But the shop assistant wouldn’t let me behind the counter?! Really?! Guess I’ll have to buy it somewhere else then. *Facepalm*

Smaller BWS store with a good range of craft beers. Found what I was looking for and advice and customer relations skills were good. Will continue to shop there and get to know the staff. Cheers

Quality chaps working here. I always end up having a bit of a gab about their Whisky selection. Also the shop always has some weird new beers and ciders that are fun to try.
