As a senior I was very impressed with Shania. I was trying to find an address where I was to attend my granddaughters 18th birthday. Shania asked me if I needed help. Then looked up where I needed to be on her phone. She then walked me to the footpath going over and above in showing me the way. Definitely a keeper and a credit to your company. Great range of products, friendly store manager, good deals for woolworths rewards members. The only reason I give 4 stars is that I think the young lady who served me today was a newbie because she didn't seem to know how to redeem my woolworths gift voucher instead making me do it for myself..! No bother, I was in and out of the store quite quickly. I've had nothing but great service otherwise.

Please ask for my id every time.I understand the rules but every staff should ask for it every time.One staff doesn’t bother to ask so I go without hesitation and them one asks for it. Again I have my RSA and everything but sometime staff doesn’t have sense. I had it on me ,showed it as well but got denied because my friend didn’t have the purse on him.

Beware of misleading pricing. A 6 pack of beer for $24, or 2 of the same beers for $6 (6 pack = $18 if bought "separately"). Poor customer service from uptight old lady working there 5/8/23. Go elsewhere for service and pricing.

Excellent. Wide range, great service and knowledgeable staff. We were looking for an alcoholic ginger beer like one we'd had before. The staff member suggested we try a particular one which was perfect.

Well laid out store with an amazing range of craft beer; especially considering the size of the store. Prices are always good at any BWS.
