Zero for Customer Service. Entered today to purchase a gift with my 3 children 18,17 & 15 yrs. As we were discussing a choice of gift (for someone else) we were approached by a staff member asking if we all had ID. Clearly the younger 2 didn’t. They went outside to wait. When we approached the counter to pay , we were asked where the other two people were. We told them they were outside. We were then told we were not allowed to discuss alcohol with minors. I rarely buy alcohol and was unaware of this, so I asked for a clarification. The 3 staff members need re training in customer service as I did not appreciate the aggressive manner in their reply nor do I appreciate being condescendingly called “love”. They should not assume everyone that walks in is aware of alcohol licensing rules. Totally unnecessary. I left without purchasing.

I got my dad his father's day present here, it was a new interesting bottle of chivas regal scotch and it was worth every dollar, I don't go there often, but the staff were welcoming and super friendly, it's right next to Woolworths and can even access the BWS from outside the shopping centre. I have never had a problem there. Thank you.

Friendly customer service. Great range of Beers, Wines and Spirits. Various specials throughout the store. Easy access via walkway and via Safeway. Ample parking and easy access from car parking area. Reasonable cold storage area. Just remember to have your reusable carry bag, as there are no more free plastic carry bags anymore.

Handy having 3 super markets . Smaller sized S/centre but has a good variety of shops so very handy for a variety of errands. Customer service is always good. Plus about 4 Banks and Post Office. Silly me has to stop forgetting where I park. Ha ha. …

Definitely can't knock BWS in Waverley gardens. They always have great specials on and always have everything I'm looking for at a reasonable price no matter what it is. There is always fantastic specials on whiskey and beer. The staff in

Saw Relieving Manager that is usually at Wheelers Hill store. She is delightful and made my day seeing her as I dont usually go to this store but am a regular at Wheelers Hill . Made my day. She is a real asset to the company.

Not the best of places to purchase your Booze..I normally pick up a couple of bottles of plonk. Sometimes I need it in a bown Paper Bag.Sorry we run out of Paper Bags.

Good for that quick stop for the odd bottle. Convenient instead of having to go to Dan's for the small buy. But! Check out their specials as they can be cheaper.
