I have never strayed from my usual bank (one of the big four), but after looking around at various home loan rates I found that BoQ was extremely competitive. I also liked very much that the managers actually owned their branch so the service was incredible - both extremely personable and very professional. To be able to combine great service while saving tonnes of money on your bank loan is a no brainer really...! Definitely recommending Jody, Drew and the staff at Bank of Queensland Manly branch every opportunity I can. Best bank my husband and I have ever dealt with! Thanks guys!!

There is no bank that I've ever dealt with anywhere in the world that offers the personal and friendly service that BOQ in Manly does. Jodie is the most amazing manager - always available via email or phone to answer my questions in a timely manager. In a day and age where life has become automated, impersonal (and often impossible to reach a human for a response), I remain grateful for Jodie and her team!

Although I didn't get the bank loan ,that i was after. A friendly and down to earth team. Great people skills and genuine personalities. Genuine concern for the customer and the final outcome Something the big banks seen to lack, if the big banks care at all. I would recommend this bank.
