Darren and Leith are outstanding in their work. They are genuinely committed to giving the best level of service and highly skilled as plumbers. It is the second time I have had the pleasure of having them do the plumbing for an extension on my house and they did all of the bathrooms, laundry, water tank installation, new pipework and sewers. Their support in choosing the right tapware, vanities and showers was so appreciated and they are just so helpful and customer focused. You feel you can really rely on them to do a great job and they communicate so well to let you know exactly what they are doing. Cannot recommend them highly enough - such lovely, genuine, craftsmen.

Bassett Plumbing are one of the most efficient and respectful plumbing services Ive ever had to deal with. They worked around my schedule and were nothing but respectful the entire time they were in my house. Even the little thing that most trades men dont do, Darren the owner of the business even took his shoes off to come into my house, which with my experience with previous trades is very rare. I rang Darren at Bassett Plumbing last month because of a burst water pipe in my front yard. He made his way to my house within 20 minutes to quote a very fair and reasonable price for the work. Then with the time he had between jobs on that same day, he made the repair so we could have water to the house again. Darren is a local hero, and he is the guy I'll be calling from now on if I ever need a plumber! An absolute professional, knowledgeable plumber and a great bloke! Bassett Plumbing provided me with great service especially when I really needed a burst water pipe and gasline line replaced quickly. You couldn’t ask for better service. I used Bassett Plumbing after a previous plumber had not installed a new toilet in a bathroom renovation correctly, nor the shower. I had sewerage coming up from the floor. They are professional and had the problems sorted in no time. Can speak highly enough of their service.

Was great! Having a fairly simple issue but me not having a clue how to fix it (due to it being my first dishwasher) I was never made to feel stupid for a very easy fix that I could've probably done myself if I knew. And was one of the cheapest plumbers I've come across in a long time!

We had a burst tap flooding our backyard. Bassett Plumbing were on site within 15 minutes and had the problem fixed within an hour. They even went the extra mile and installed a bracket so that the pipe couldn't get damaged again. Very impressive service in this day and age.

I called Darren after an old tap began to fail and I had to turn my water mains off to avoid catastrophy. He was around within the hour, fixed the issue and all for a great price. I'd call him again and reccomend him to friends.

I couldn't ask for better service. Changed my hot water service so quickly that I hardly noticed it was gone. They cleaned up and made sure everything was working. Well worth a call if you are stuck with a plumbing or gas issue.
