"Sometimes is hard to get a park, especially a disabled one"
"Security guard,,lazily sitting with his feet up,,blocking stair case hand rail access for a hour or more,,in the food court area,,,eating food while lacking his fingers ,,,at the same time talking to other security guards"
"Bayside is a great shopping centre"
"New to the area and looked forward to shopping at the Myer store as per signage! Couldn’t find the store and rang centre management to be told it closed in January!!!!!! Asked why sign was still showing and received a not very helpful sorry! False advertising is against the LAW"
"Im not usually a big fan of the Bayside shops, however i lost my parking ticket AFTER i had paid for it"
Sometimes is hard to get a park, especially a disabled one. Also find it much too hot in winter - heat cranked up way too much & too hot in summer - no AC on or at such a low level it might as well not be. Most of the unique shops end up closing. Hardly ever go there now & prefer to shop online in comfort instead.
Security guard,,lazily sitting with his feet up,,blocking stair case hand rail access for a hour or more,,in the food court area,,,eating food while lacking his fingers ,,,at the same time talking to other security guards. Cleaners.and workers,,,what a disgrace,,,getting paid for what exactly...
Bayside is a great shopping centre. Big enough and with all relevant outlets. May be? the parking area needs a revamp as it looks "tired and tatty". Security is there and very much needed as every now and then some dubious characters are wondering around. We love shopping in Bayside Centre!
New to the area and looked forward to shopping at the Myer store as per signage! Couldn’t find the store and rang centre management to be told it closed in January!!!!!! Asked why sign was still showing and received a not very helpful sorry! False advertising is against the LAW.
Im not usually a big fan of the Bayside shops, however i lost my parking ticket AFTER i had paid for it. I was 100% expecting to have to pay the $15 for a lost ticket. Howevercthe lady looked up my payment and it was not an issue. Very pleased with this experience.
Bayside Centre: Located Across Road From Frankston Train Station. A Clean and Tidy Place for Business. Food Court, K-Mart, JB HI-FI, Book Stores, Telstra Store, West-Pac are some. A shopping center that is easily accessible. Bayside Shopping Centre Has Free Wifi.
Very boring and dreary shopping centre, 95% of the shops are boring. The only good shop is kmart and maybe target, it needs upgrading badly and what a stupid idea that you have to pay for parking. Karingal hub and fountain gate shopping centres are a lot better
It has a good range of shops. There are 2 food courts with average options. But it could be pretty crowded and according to my experience it is pretty common to run into edgy people ( which I haven't experienced in other southeastern shopping centres).
Good size shipping centre spread over multiple blocks with inter connecting bridges on the 2nd floor parking is available on the top floor near Myers. Good selection of stores overall a good place to shop as not as crowded as Eastland and the like.
Center is big, but not enough sitting area! Epscially in the food courts, after order food, can NOT find a seat to sit down. ALSO very bad and annoying around 3 or 4 p.m in every afternoon, so many teenagers around in the food courts, they
Bayside Centre in Frankston has been an iconic and essential part of the CBD of the suburb. Owned and operated by Vicinity Centres, the stores you want. The amenities you expect. An environment you won’t want to leave. You’ll find them in
It's an alright shopping centre, could be better. There is not much seating round and it is a shame that you have to pay for parking there as well because at karingal hub there is a lot more seating available and you don't have to pay for
It's not the best shopping centre out there, but its not the worst either. It seems to have most things that you'd need including every major department store except for David Jones. It has 2 generous sized food courts, 1 up stairs and 1
Been here a number of times over the years. Wide variety of stores to choose from with some of them changing from time to time. Always reasonably clean and tidy. Couple of food courts available. Plenty of parking which one has to pay for
customer service in regards to the parking meter machine is a disgrace I used three credit cards trying to pay a $1.53 parking ticket to get out of your parking garage and each time it said processing for a couple of minutes although it
Good stores are leaving in their droves and the centre has empty stores. Many are moving to Karingal Hub where there are 3 major supermarkets, free parking and no walkway peddlers trying to sell to people by jumping in front of them.
Sprawling dump of a shopping centre with horrid parking, I visited today for the first time in a long time. Upon entering the car park, I proceeded to drive around for a while not seeing a single free car park and dodging all of the
It’s great. Some more Larger budget shops like H&M would be nice. Paying for parking sucks but really most things you need are here. Once you get used to the layout the smaller size is a refreshing break from some monster centres...
BAYSIDE FRANKSTON SHOPPING CENTRE IS SITUATED TOWARDS young st & the Frankston Railway Train Station ---- It is a huge neat - full of great shops -- The Banks $$$ & boutiques to visit & Supermarkets for your every need......
5 STARS - Great green grocer/deli, super fresh and very good prices. Aldi and Woolies right next door so easy to do weekly shopping MINUS 1STAR - should not pay for short stay parking :((. Parking should be free
Kids smoking weed in the parent/baby change rooms. Weirdos dancing to music outside shops drinking alcohol. And strange guys staring at everyone and making them feel uncomfortable. We're not shopping here again.
Good shopping centre, pity about the locals. Drugged out lunatics walking around the centre all day asking for money harassing everyone it’s a shame. I will not be going there again I actually hate the place.
I went there twice in a day the first time I was locked in none of the gates would open. The second time I went the fire alarm was pulled and we got evacuated for the 3rd time in 2 weeks.
Purchased year old scotch fillet steak from the Buther Club - at $54 a kilo (paid $16-+) . It was very tough - bbq’d at medium. The steak was tough & chewy. Very disappointed.
Cant stand this place. Firstly you pay for parking - NO! The first 1-3 hours should be free. Then the layout is diabolical. Whoever planned this out needs a new job.
What idiot designed this place extremely confusing layout I think they deliberately want shoppers to get lost and spend longer in there than they absolutely have to
Does Bayside assume that all visitors have been living in the area for years? 4 visits looking for particular shops/banks & lost to the point of using Google
Great place to shop but not enough places to sit. The elderly and disabled need breaks. Especially now around christmas time there are no sitting spots left.
They keep a shop who steal money from customers - Sunrise mobile!! We paid by card. We taped on two terminals. They told us that first terminal
the selection of shops is fine nothing bad but nothing too special I like the shopping centre as everything needed is within decent distance
4-5 stars from me overall, but next time the two elevators outside the myer that was are both out of order - I will use the freight elevator.
Sort your parking situation out Bayside. All gates are locked and no one can get out. No one around, no one answering phones. What a joke.
A large range of shops I got a cappuccino from Donut king which was good Ive always found this centre a good start for Christmas shopping
The security is what the one star is for and rather chat up female staff and not wear uniform properly
I haven't bn hear in ages. But I liked the new shops there and it wasn't packed so that was good...
Good regional shopping center. Can get most things here.
very decent shopping center and has a lot of shops
A great shopping centre let down by paid parking.
Locking disabled toilets. This is horrible!
Good food court and shops.
