We want to thank Alan for his professionalism and exceptional plumbing workmanship and customer service. In our previous home, we had a water leak. We found Alan and he not only promptly came out to inspect - he located the leak (underneath our concrete driveway - via his leak detection knowledge), and he managed to rectify the leak and install new plumbing with limited damage to our driveway. We could not have been more grateful and relieved. His knowledge is beyond his young years. In our current home, Alan was able to remove an unused water-tank, that was obstructing a side path. He also re-organised the plumbing and checked over everything for us. Alan is always reassuring and treats your plumbing issue as his own. He genuinely cares and wants to have happy customers. He also explains things clearly and thoroughly and is very reasonably priced. All very rare qualities in tradespeople these days. We highly recommend Alan for all your plumbing needs.

Would not recommend this company for any work based on our experiences over the past 5 months. Although the plumber was personable and the work completed looks to be good quality, the communication and timeliness has been terrible. From quoting the work to starting the work (for blocked pipes and low water pressure) we waited over a month after putting down a deposit. Then the job ended up being more involved than anticipated and the parts needed were not ordered correctly leading to an unfinished job 5 months later. No less than 8 times did the company book in a time to finish the job and not show up with zero communication or explanation. We have had to initiate all communication to book, rebook, confirm details and request receipts for payments made... and we are still waiting for the final 10% of the job to be finished OR a refund for the unfinished portion of the paid invoice.

Having a plumbing emergency over the Easter long weekend is everyone’s worst nightmare! I tried my best, seeking guidance from different services and some other plumbers- with no luck, no care, or urgency to the situation. Alan was the first one to acknowledge the stressful morning my partner and I were having! The knowledge and service provided was absolutely outstanding. Will be 100% recommending him and will be making Alan or his team our first point of contact with any services needed in the future. I rang Alan the first time because I needed to disconnect my vintage pedestal sink for re-coating. Alan recommended enamelling and baking as a better treatment for the sink and offered to take it to an artisan specialist. He gave me an accurate, fair estimate of costs I should expect so I was not overcharged. After enamelling was complete, Alan re-installed the new sink. Alan is on time, respectful and has high integrity and values. I found him especially helpful and trustworthy along with his capabilities in plumbing matters.

Multinet identified our property as having low gas line pressure and turned off our gas without any warning. Alan was onsite within the hour and identified the gas leak. By the following day he promptly tended to the problem and rectified it. He proved to be extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and well priced! All of these qualities are hard to come by these days and that is why I would not hesitate in highly recommending Bayside Plumbing for your next job. Thank you, Alan!

My experience with dealing this plumbing service for a month was they did not follow through, lied to the point of become ridiculous about following a report they said they would do and then the job they did not even do a proper job. This company gets no rating at all and I am very surprised they have such as rating as they do.
