Never left a review anywhere before but felt I had to with this place! Got to my appointment and wasn’t seen until 15 mins after my appointment time.. no one apologised or said anything.Unwelcoming greeting when I was finally seen to. I had booked a massage and facial, there was no consultation form or verbal consult either. Massage was for an hour but felt like it went on forever because it was the worst massage I’ve ever had, all the moves were being done so quickly and repetitive I felt on edge, it was like she was on fast forward. Then that was finally over and was time for my facial, the girl literally slapped a few creams on my face and then walked out of the room didn’t say anything to me came back in banging everything around being so noisy. Then kept walking in and out of the room over and over, was so glad to finally get out of there. Wanted to treat myself for my birthday but left feeling so annoyed and less relaxed than I did walking in.

I attended Dina’s Day Spa for Bio-sculpture on my nails. Overall I’m pretty disappointed in the finished product - now I am in the sun i can see so many imperfections, they are lumpy, the top coat doesn’t cover the full nail and my nails are soft and bending, almost like there is not adequate product applied. The range of bio sculpture colours was limited and shellac options was the other option. Certainly an expensive service to only have a bio base coat and shellac on the top! Service is expensive and i was almost over charged for the service by $15. I would not return and would not recommend this salon to anyone wanting bio-sculpture. The staff member I saw was very friendly and however that’s not enough to get me back in the door again.

Friendly staff but...... visited today....no consultation form... I could be anyone with any allergy or medical condition...no verbal consult done either..... therapist 15 minutes late......I was 10 mins early.... french bio sculputure...found this spa on Bio's website to avoid problems...therapist who did my nails wasn't listed... Gel is very uneven...can see bubbles underneath tips and waves in the gel...for $85 in this current climate....I am very disappointed.....will not be returning..........very unhappy

I dont write reviews but i thought i should and i cannot praise Pritika enough what an experience, she is the best professional masseus i have ever come accross, makes my pains and aches melt away everytime i have a booking. Very professional. Great knowledge about human body. Very amazing A1 massage very unique technique. And a very bubbly person, i would recommend everyone to atleast give this massage a try and i bet you would not regrett it. Very Happy Customer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to get a lash lift & tint with an eyebrow tint and a spray tan to even out the tan lines for my wedding. Not too impressed. Worst lash lift I’ve ever had and the tint is nonexistent, eyebrows came out orange and the spray tan was uneven and left my hands orange - thank god my dress was long cause my legs were so streaky. Had to keep using a tan eraser to try and fix it before my wedding. Talk about extra stress!! Won’t be going back again.

My daughters bought me a gift voucher for Beauty Body & Soul for Christmas. The booking system was easy and efficient. My appointment commenced on time and I was given added value to the massage. The whole experience was relaxing and uplifting. I will definitely return for more a friendly, efficient, experienced massage experience. Extremely good. Thank you so much!!!

I was searching for a good masage therapist not just a rub like we get at a shopping centre then I found Beauty body n soul on Facebook and thought I would support a small business.... I felt like I was floating after the masage was over. Therapist is very knowledgeable I feel soooo much better today tightness in my shoulders gone. highly recommend

I went to P with extreme an pain in my upper back, she not only did an amazing massage but also performed cupping to help ease the pain. I waited for 2 days before writing this review to ensure the whole process does actually help in long term, and It does!!! She knows what she is doing and she is also very good at it.

I regularly go to Dina's Day Spa for waxing and facials and have always been happy. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be treated. Staff have always been friendly and asked questions before undertaking the treatment. I would recommend them.

First visit but I will definitely come back. Been to so many massage shop around the area none of those shop give you the type of massage Pritika gives you on your visit. Recommended this place to everyone who really need a better massage.
