Appauling delivery service. Not only do the drivers charge you top dollar to deliver, don’t expect them to turn up during the time range THEY give you the night before delivery. Call up the driver and “I’m not far away you’re the next delivery” and two hours later still no one had showed up….three hours later still waiting Update: 3.5 hours later they show up, and deliver (most) of the bed, can’t find all of the pieces of the bed!!!!! Don’t waste your money shopping for a bed here, go somewhere where you’ll get decent service

Originally dealt with Leah & Jeff on the weekend for our bedroom purchase and had a good experience. Baku the area manager then followed up regarding one of our special order items to ensure that it was correct before proceeding. Baku went to great lengths to help us find the perfect design. Baku was so pleasant to deal with and even ensured that we hadn't forgotten mattress protectors! Great friendly service from this store, always willing to help the customer and go that extra step. Ben from Bedsndreams was very helpful and knew his beds. We ended up with a Hypnos Balmoral firm and a Hypnos queen base with drawers. The quality of the Hypnos at bedsndreams was immediately evident as we’d gone to see what else was on offer at the usual bedding stores. No comparison. The mattress and base quality was a standout and Ben from Artarmon store was helpful in making our decision to invest in a new bed. Would recommend if you want something that will last and is comfortable.

Baku and her team were friendly and helpful. I was encouraged to take my time to test and compare the recommended mattresses, without rushing me into a decision. Most of my questions were answered competently (I'm a picky shopper and tend to ask lots of them...). Mattress will not arrive for about 6 to 8 weeks due to the summer holidays, which is kind of a long wait, and to their credit this was clearly communicated from the start. Feeling positive about my purchase.

I couldn't speak more highly of the customer service within this establishment, which was entirely down to the young sales assistant Marie. When purchasing a bedframe, there were several obstacles in place in terms of transport, delivery and time schedules, to which Marie solved each problem with an excellent manner and approach. We had a great experience buying from Bed n Dreams Artarmon. We weren’t sure of exactly what we were after but Baku patiently took us through all the various options at different price points. She was extremely knowledgeable in the products but also gave us plenty of time to be left on our own to test and discuss. We ended up with an amazing mattress at a very reasonable price. Good service and good range of products. We will be back for other bedding needs.

Both Ben and Fenny who I dealt with at the Artarmon store were amazing. They were both extremely patient with answering all my questions - there were plenty of questions I can assure you lol Very knowledgeable, accomodating and just great to deal with. The service at Beds n Dreams was amazing, from the first visit when we were just looking Baku was personable and knowledgeable. We were buying a bed for our 13 year old daughter as she wanted to revamp her room. Baku's advice was very helpful and she gave us many different appropriate options. Came here to try out the silent night onyx after reading good things about it online. As soon as I walked in the store Baku came to ask about what we were after and we she showed us the mattress and other alternatives providing information and letting us take our time to decide. She was very helpful and friendly and made our purchase very easy.
