We picked out our new bed and mattress with Mary in the store. A couple of days later after work I went in and finalised the payment and delivery day with a gentleman in the store. His name escapes me now but his customer service was amazing!! Our bed and mattress was delivered at the beginning of the 2 hour time frame we were given and even got a text 30 minutes before. The gentleman were very pleasant and they had the bed frame put together in no time and took all the plastic with them. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new bed and or mattress go here!!

I have purchased 2 side bed drawers after one week waiting ,I’ve got faulty products. I am very disappointed about the quality of your product and also your service. After reaching out to your representative at the store and informed them about the issue they pushed the job back to me and asked me to send an email to whatever email address and solve the problem, actually looks like they are not surprised about issues …. Looks like they are dealing with these kind of issues very often…. Added to my To Do list… Thanks for nothing!!! Wish I had NO star option.

I purchased the mattress the customer service was very good and mattress but but the delivery guys they delivered today wed it was very very very poor and bad they aggressively put the mattress on the bed sounds was very loud not even the put the mattress properly and i asked for help if they can help me they said naaaaa we can’t touch it seriously you can’t touch the mattress 2 big guys they can’t touch the bed what we need a help to matters you deliver it that was very bad i never experienced it before like this

Service and price were great, got two double beds and matching bedside table for our tweens' rooms. The one star might seem a little harsh but the delivery was supposed to be up to the bedrooms on the second floor, the guys left it at the front door with my 75 year old father in law, who then had to take the heavy boxes inside and up to the rooms. Extremely disappointing that some effort and compassion wasn't shown here, he could have serious hurt himself.

If you are looking for a mattress then I would recommend you walk into Sleeping Giant at Castle Hills. Great collection that suites your requirement and comes in a variety of ranges. The team on floor were extremely helpful and never pushed to get a sale done. We also tried another renowned mattress brand just next to them but they we over priced and also low on quality for the same type of mattress. Thanks Sleeping Giant for a wonderful buying experience.

Mary was very personable and professional. Mattress got delivered today. Bought Extra Comfort Platinum in Queen, which I thought was excellent value for money. This was our 2nd purchase from this store. Delivery SMS said 2pm-4pm, but got a phone call and delivery around 12pm instead. Oh well. Product is excellent. We previously bought a Silver Comfort King Single for my daughter, who loves it.

The worst customer service ever experienced. So much attitude from the sales girl at Castle Hill store (Sofia) . Spoke to us as if we are asking for something free from her. Delivered a damaged cupboard and had dramas replacing a new one. Will never deal with these guys ever again. The Courier guys were so much helpful than the sales person when trying to replace the damage cupboard.

It almost more then a month I haven’t received my order (2 single mattress) Which was supposed to take maximum 2 weeks.When my wife asked the shop customer service how long do we need to wait to receive my order?the lady there responded rudely and said it takes around another 2weeks so if you not happy request a refund. Castle hill shop.

Good customer service by Amanda, very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Bought our mattress on Saturday, received confirmation of delivery and time of delivery for Tuesday and spot on, it is here, quick and efficient. The mattress I can not rate as it is too early in my opinion, but the service is without fault.

Purchased a bedroom suite including queen bed , chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, and matching print. Really happy with the purchase, the matress is super comfy, we were able to try out the different types. We chose to have the delivery and the pack put together for us. Great job and super fast. Happy with quality and value.

Such a great experience dealing with Joe! Chose a great bed for a great deal! The delivery guys from James Lane were so helpful and had the best customer service - they put together our bed for $40 in under ten minutes which saved us time and the tedious task of assembling ourselves. Highly recommend these guys!

Very happy with our recent purchase of a double size bedroom suite, (bed and mattress, tallboy, dresser and night table). Ordered on a Saturday and delivered on the following Wednesday. Paid to have it all set up and packaging taken away. Guys did a great job. Service in store was fantastic too.

i want to thank Amanda for grate service i nearly paid for king size bed but manager(Robert ) came with mouth full and while he was talking to us still eating and i took my money and left store i don't have to deal with rude person and i bought my bed from different place

Great range of beds at good prices. Staff were really helpful and friendly. They listen to what you want. They also stock A.H Beard beds which were high on our list. Delivery was a lot earlier than expected and really well organised. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Amazing service from Robert who was incredibly accomodating for us when we came in rather late in the day. He was incredibly friendly, and made sure we got the best deals. The amazing service - especially on the very busy "freedom day" definately did not go unnoticed.

The prices of the beds are decent. On top of that, I got an extra few $$$ off. However, it looks like they are understaffed and took a while to process my order. But anyway, I'd recommend this place for the price they offer.

Bought Art & Science Gold plus Firm Mattress with 7 year Warranty became soft in less than 1 year and store said it’s the comfort they can’t do anything, why 7 year warranty if you can’t honour, very bad quality Mattresses

I went into the store at 4:45 today, and the two girls working had a very poor and rude attitude. They need better customer service.
