Correct mattress is perfect. Process to get correct mattress lacking. I ordered a queen sized mattress. Staff in store were helpful. However when i received the mattress it was absolutely not a queen size (much too short and much too narrow). When I phoned the staff to report the issue - the first person I dealt with assured me a replacement would be supplied that day. Hours later I recieved a phone call from another staff member who did not believe me that the mattress was the incorrect. He suggested that my bed frame, my sheets and existing mattress were all the wrong size. This was based on him reviewing grainy CCTV footage from their warehouse. After a number of back and forth messages, the staff member finally conceded that the mattress was indeed the wrong size. I then had to wait two days for a mattress i could fit on. While the correct mattress has arrived and is very comfortable. I have recieved no explanation or apology for the time wasted or the inconsistent customer service i received.

I bought a queen mattress with an inbuilt topper and I cannot rave enough about how good it is. So much so that my family and friends has bought one for themselves! It’s super comfortable, you can’t even feel when someone jumps in beside you. I also got my bed base and bed head custom made. I was able to choose everything- down to the shape, style, colour and materials! My bed base has four draws which is super handy storage wise especially being a girl living in a city apartment with no closest! The draws are extremely durable, they can take a lot of weight. The bed base splits into 2 so when moving house you don’t have to pull the whole bed apart which is something I didn’t think of and is a bonus! Ordering and receiving the bed was a smooth process, only a couple of weeks. And the whole cost of it all is very affordable. The team at castle hill are so helpful and friendly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

We bought the whole set of bedroom furnitures and mattress. The staff were nice and friendly in store. However, we were told that all the furnitures were in stock at that time and that it will be delivered within a week. Just a few days before delivery I got a call saying that the dressing table is not in stock and that I have to wait another 2 months for it. During the call I even was told to pay for the delivery and installation fees( which clearly states as “$0” on the invoice). The manager called me and apologised for the mistake. By this time, I have paid for everything and I’m stuck with an incomplete set of furniture. Then when I called back after 2 months of waiting. The timeline increased more by 2 weeks. I still havent received my furniture and whenever I call, the ETA just keeps on increasing. It’s just a frustrating experience and I will never buy from this store again.

My husband & I were greeted by Baku. Her style of salesmanship was awesome. She knew the right balance of being there when we needed information & allowing us space to discuss options. Buying a mattress is not easy! I purchased a Hypnos balmoral bed from beds and dreams 18 months ago. We selected a medium feel matress which felt perfect at the time. We compared all the other mattress brands at the time but this felt the best out of all others. The mattress has felt softer than I wanted it to be and wasn't right for me. I came back to beds and dreams and talked to karah about how the bed is feeling. Karah was super helpful about the issue and we came to a resolution that I am more than happy with. I'm so happy with the outcome and didn't expect the level of customer service I received. I would recommend Beds and dreams Castle Hill to anyone. Bad qualify! Not recommend! I had purchased a leather bed frame and mattress from castle hill store few years ago. However the bed head was damaged just due to lean on it during bed time. I was back to shop to see if they can help with me anything even pay for the repair. But this sales lady told me they can't do anything for me and said this was not really leather which i should know when i first purchased. Actually she just told me it was leather not told me it was fake leather when i did purchase. This is cheating, and really bad customer service. Shouldn’t the merchant actively help solve the problem when the product encounters a problem?

Visited this store on the weekend with my Mum and highly recommend it if you are looking for a bed/bedroom furniture. The staff are all very friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. Absolutely Fantastic and high class personalized service.from Baku - Castlehill Manager. The only reason we did business after 6 visits was because of her. In store Pricing on product displays incomplete and misleading. Need to change your delivery contractors. To charge customers for picking up packaging after the beds are delivered is absolute rubbish. And total rip off. The first retailer I’ve come across telling me that. Almost felt like walking away from going business.

It was a great experience purchasing the bedroom suite. The products are strong and sturdy , aesthetically very well designed, durable and easy to use. Having previously bought a premium custom made bed, it is unfortunate that this store has changed for the worse. Staff are pushy and are unwilling to give clients some space to make a decision. Furthermore the manager is rude, dismissive and sarcastic. When we enquired with one staff member the breakdown of pricing for two children's bedrooms the manager interjected and remarked "I can't wait for this sale to be over". We simply turned around and walked out.

We purchased a new media TV bed and a Hypnos mattress from Beds n Dreams Castle Hill after visiting other bed stores in the area. Beds n Dreams had a much better selection to choose from. We both suffer from lower back pain and Brent the store manager is very knowledgeable and professional and helped us choose a perfect combination to suit our needs. Baku was amazing from beginning to end. Initially walked in there to get an idea for a queen bed, ended up leaving with a queen and single bed (which I was in the market for too but not on that day).
