This is no ordinary bottle shop. They go above and beyond. I’ve done a number of events with highly unusual orders including a bottle of salon, a Methuselah and a Balthazar. In particular the Balthazar order was done during the pandemic and held up at every point in customs / delayed planes / couriers not delivering. The staff at Bellevue hill turned over every stone to ensure it still got delivered - amongst others things what I know is their staff stayed up to midnight waiting for the courier and drove to the warehouse on the day we needed it so it arrived cold and on time. This bottle was the star of our event and this team made it happen. Cannot thank them enough. The whole team is incredible.

I’ve been to many bottle shops during my 7 years in Sydney, but Bellevue Hill Bottle Shop is no question my fav. The selection of spirits & wine is excellent and the staff can speak knowledgeably about what they sell. The service is admirable. For Mikey & Matt, nothing is a problem. Delivery is fast, reliable & completed to plan OR on the spur of the moment. So glad to have them in my ‘hood!

Mikey from Bellevue Hill Liquor Store was unbelievably helpful and professional. We placed a big order the day of a spur of the moment get together and he delivered it all within an hour on a Saturday at peak hour with grace. Then we had to return several bottles. Without a fuss, he took it all back and refunded us immediately. Very professional and great service. Thank you.

Mikey is the absolute GOAT! He's unbelievably helpful, always replies in seconds (not even minutes) and goes above and beyond to ensure I'm 100% happy. Bellevue Hill Liquor Store is my go-to store for all occasions. Whether I'm simply buying a few bottles to share with friends or having a big event, he always delivers to the highest standard. For a quaint bottle shop it had quite the ambience and the quality of service that the big chains push for, but can never achieve due to their "service = profit" mentality, but bottle shops like this give quality of service because of their passion for, and knowledge of their products and the want to give the service they would expect to receive

We just tried to buy a sav Blanc bottle and the gentleman was so hostile. He completely embarrassed my husband who suffers from arthritis and ask for a carry bag. We will never go to this local shop again. We are treated with decency and respect at the bottle shop on O’Sullivan street. Very poor taste- Shame on you.

Mikey and his team went above and beyond to source the alcohol we wanted for our event and they certainly delivered! They were extremely punctual in responding to our emails even though it was days out from the Christmas break. It's a no brainer to use them for your event, couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Amazing customer service and range of wines. Nothing was ever a problem for these guys, I arranged drinks for a small function and large wedding through Mikey and his team, they made everything so easy. Delivery was on time and they even took back the unopened stock with a full refund. Highly recommend!

Wow not only did they have what I wanted in stock at the cheapest price but also the quickest delivery ever - ordered on a Saturday night after 9pm, delivered by 9.30pm! Not to mention free delivery! Excellent prices and service - highly recommended!
