This repair business is currently under investigation by the Department of Fair Trading for operating their mechanical business without being licenced from 1st April 2018 to 2nd September 2020 (See attached photos). They are also under investigation by Transport NSW for operating their Authorized Inspection Station without being authorized or licenced. To all the people who paid with a credit card to have your cars repaired, serviced or got a Pink/Blue Slips at this business between 1st April 2018 and 2nd September 2020, then Department of Fair Trading states that you are eligible for a full refund as a result of them being unlicenced. Had my car serviced & repaired there until I discovered images from my vehicle's dash cam that they were abusing my car, damaged my car, and charging me for repairs that were not done at all and to my horror, the mechanics were captured on video stealing my personal property...

They have changed breaks into my 1 year new RAV4 but didn’t go well. They have cheated with me as it was almost new car , they said they had smooth my disk or machine which didn’t need to. They missed of the important parts to put back with breaks. I found when I came to my Toyota dealer service where normally I do. I am so upset because it is costing me another $ 225 for their mistake or stealing. I am very sad. I also took my friend there for his but they couldn’t help me but charged him few hundred dollars for so called funny service . Nothing I would say at this moment.

I haven't had my car repaired by them, but on a recent visit for a pink slip, I encountered an incident. The inspector promptly began the safety check by attempting to start the engine. However, the key required a bit more force to turn it on, leading him to immediately exit the car and declare it unsafe. In my experience, safety checks conducted by other mechanics typically involve examining lights, wipers, tires, and mileage, without focusing on the ignition process.

I had a problem with my BMW driving in from Canberra. I couldn’t drive the car. Luckily I stopped close to R&A repair shop. The guys quickly had a look at my car, and took in the shop. Hoisted it and fixed the problem. Turned to be minor but was a major issue for me as the car was not drivable. The guys didn’t even charge for their time. Really grateful for their prompt attention and expert knowledge. Would highly recommend for service with integrity and expertise!

I've been very happy with Henry's over the years, but have just been informed that they have sold the business to Belmore Auto Pit who were in the Ampol servo at Narwee. Some years ago I took my father in laws car for a pink slip, with explicit instructions to ring me if any thing needed repairing. They didn't do this and when I went to get the car I was handed a $600 bill. I sincerely hope they have changed their ways.

This is a quality shop. They are quick workers, keep in contact, do good work, are happy to explain and (writing as a girl) don't try to upsell things or take advantage. Been bringing my car here for two years and been very happy every time.

Cost about $1000 for them to fix an oil leak. My car is still leaking and when I went back to have them check it, they claimed it had been fixed. Another mechanic coming tomorrow to fix again what should have been fixed the first time

Best mechanic we have ever had. Three generations of same family business. Great work decent prices. They provide 3 months warranty on all thier work. Heaps better that car manufacturer's service centres. And a hell of a lot cheaper.

Would definitely recommend these guys for a prepurchase inspection. Fair price, solid inspection and friendly staff. I don't live in the area but after getting the inspection there, I'd happily go back
