Benefit Roofing and especially Alan, the owner, was extremely helpful in helping us replace our garage roof. We knew it was a small job but still wanted to do our due diligence and reached out to a few roofing companies in order to get the best possible service, price and materials. I’m glad we decided to go with Alan and his team to do the job - from the get go they were professional, courteous and effective. We have a fairly large two car garage - He recommended to install a cool roof shingles with some additional roof vents in order to help with the air flow. As we moved to LA and have been here for a few years, we now know that besides turning on your AC all day long nothing can really help with the heat wave - we did not believe that it could make a difference, but it sure did! The vents and the new shingles are extremely helpful. We are planning to convert our garage to a living space next year, and it is definitely a good way to start.
