My husband and I were in need of a new mattress. We were worried about finding the right one for us and being pressured into an expensive sale without our needs being met, and being pushed outside of our budget. Another struggle was that most of the stores would be closed before my husband would get home from work (5pm) and so that made it a little more stressful. We had a tight budget as we just moved into our first rental. We looked at all different stores online and their reviews to see if we could find a decent store to start at. The reviews for Benellie were so amazing that I gushed to my husband that we had to wait until we could go there first to check it out. He managed to finish up early one day and we went straight to Benellie to have a quick scope to see the range before they closed at 2pm. Melanie was quick to greet and assist us, she made us feel super welcome. It took her literal seconds to hear what she needed from us, to find us the perfect match-ress. The very first mattress she had us try, is the one we ended up with. Melanie went out of her way and told us she could help us out by meeting us outside of her regular work hours to help us if necessary. We ended up coming back on Saturday morning to buy the very first mattress we tried. Melanie was so accomadating, she understood our budget was tight and went absolutely above and beyond for us and I cannot thank her enough. She is a godsend. I can't stress enough how amazing she was to us and so helpful in our time of need. If you want an amazing mattress for affordable prices, with incredible customer service and someone who knows their stuff, Benellie is THE place to go, absolutely amazing! 10/10

I never normally leave comments or recommend anything, but I have been blown away by the level of service from Mel and Nenad from Benellie Beds. Both were very helpful in narrowing down what the best mattress would be for my wife and I. They patiently let us test their in-store mattresses for over an hour and they answered every question with genuine care about what type of mattress would be best for us. We ordered the mattress and bed 4 days before Christmas and asked if it could be delivered before then, 48 hours later our new bed and mattress arrived at our door. If you have never sleep on a top quality mattress before then you have no idea what you are missing out on. I recommend anyone who is even considering getting a new mattress for their bed to pop into Benellie Beds and have a chat to Mel or Nenad and have a lie down on their showroom mattresses.

I couldn't recommend this business highly enough. My husband and I purchased a mattress about 2 months ago, Mel and her husband took the time to explain the variation in products, how that impacts different types of mattresses in order to find the right fit for us. I have an ongoing shoulder problem and they couldn't do enough to help me get the best for me. Once purchased it arrived within 5 days, personal delievery with a set time. (amazing) Mel even followed up after the purchase to make sure we were 100% happy. Sadly in this day and age its very hard to find this level of customer service but these guys have it in spades. I will tell everyone about your amazing business and I know, for me personally I will not go anywhere else for my future bedding needs. Thank you so much, honestly we couldn't be any happier. How refreshing to walk into a showroom and be greeted by someone who doesn't want to just sell you a bed. Melanie is warm and professional . She takes the time to get to know you and your circumstances and provides you with honest advice and a range of options to suit your needs and budget. Dealing with Melanie was as much about our health and wellbeing as it was about just purchasing a new bed. We felt so comfortable trying out the beds over and over again (because they're all so good it's hard to decide), and are so thankful to Melanie for the whole experience. Having a husband with a sleeping disorder, we no longer need to contemplate sleeping in separate beds, I literally do not feel a single movement from him, and wake up happier. Thanks Melanie, you can now add marriage counsellor to your list of qualifications!

Customer service is the best, I purchased a queen size mattress a few months ago from Benellie Beds and Melanie opened the store after hours which was perfect for me, she was really helpful and just so friendly, delivery only took a week and Melanie's husband and son delivered the mattress after hours and were nice enough to bring it in and place it on the bed base for me, several months later and I am still happy with the mattress as it is holding up well with no dipping or sagging whatsoever, given the bad luck I've had previously with other mattresses purchased elsewhere doing this, I'm happy that it is no longer a problem, The only thing that is a negative if you can call it that, is there should be handles on the mattress to make it easy to lift and move, I would absolutely recommend Benelli beds

She did not rush us in buying it and told us to take our time. Melanie will make you feel welcome when you step inside and She will listen to your needs and give her recommendations. What a great retail experience! Melanie was extremely welcoming and helpful. My budget was limited and her knowledge and friendly attitude were so appreciated. I purchased one of the bed in a box queen sized mattress. She had one in stock and I had it unpacked and assembled in minutes of getting it home. Being a single mum it was an extra treat to be able to transport it and get it inside without needing to ask anyone for assistance. I love this mattress! It’s soft and luxurious, and I woke up with no aches or pains. Best nights sleep in a long time. I was also touched by Melanie’s personal touch of following up to see if the matress was ok. I researched beds for a long time and it's very confusing and stressful. I was never going to make a decision. However, Melanie and her husband were so helpful and informative i finally did it. They don't just care about the sale or try to push you to upgrade they genuinely care about finding what best suits you and your budget. They will meet you after hours, let you lay on the beds for hours of you need, anything to help you. Delivery was also free, which is huge. They are very reasonably priced, after shopping around and all the big companies and thinking that all I could afford was a travel foam she made me feel right at home and found something to fit my needs. Find this place on google when I was looking to buy a mattress. I have to say their customer service is one of the best I have experienced. Their shop is very clean and cozy. And most importantly, their mattress is really good in both quality and comfort. I was glad that I ended up buying the mattress from them. Benellie Beds is awesome! I bought the Classic cloud mattress and the Memphis bed at a great price. The mattress is a dream to sleep on and the bed looks fantastic and is very solid. I’ve assembled a lot of flat pack furniture and this bed was by far the easiest I’ve ever done. The drawers were assembled already in the box which made the process simple. Highly recommend.

Went to Benellie Beds after seeing good reviews and so glad I did, low pressure informative help from Mel who seems to love her product. We rarely buy from first shop we go to but we were confident in the quality, the prices and caring service.
