We have been coming here for many years for family birthdays as our relative is a local. There is something for everyone on the menu and most dishes we've had, have been enjoyable. The kids play zone keeps them entertained and the interactive games underneath the playground is a popular fave amongst our kids. It can get very busy here so pro tip is to book for 4:30pm or 5pm dinner and order asap when you arrive. Even 10 or 15mins delay in ordering can have you waiting quite a while during peak times. The staff always try to work efficiently and they will bring out any extra condiments you ask for. 4 stars instead of 5 is due to pricing. It can be quite steep for pub type meals which easily add up for a family of 4+. The food portion is generous though, nicely presented and seasoned well.

This place didn’t leave me positive. Even after multiple attempts at getting service. Went here with friends for dinner. Sat in the “kid free” zone only to hear screaming kids at the play zone next to us. It was like sitting in a play centre or kindergarten. Went to the bar to order a drink. Two staff members in the bar one of which was too busy unpacking glasses to serve anyone. Couldn’t find a wine menu. Only a cocktail menu. After lining up to order my overpriced meal (no QR code service). My meal arrived quickly only to have the rest of the guest at my table watch me eat. An hour later the other meals arrived one at a time. We took it in turns to watch each other. When we asked multiple times what is happening we were told “they are coming.” Turns out the order was lost. We sat and questioned how many of our meals came out of the microwave or frozen packaging. Meals didn’t seem freshly prepared considering the price. Overall this place is for children and people willing to gamble on getting service. It felt under staffed and too large to cope with demand.

Meal was good, decent size and taste was nice and fresh. Atmosphere is good for people with young kids that need to run round and be a bit noisy. Great for that because most of the customers were with young children and were very noisy but it was a good safe space for that and a no judgement space for young chaotic families at meal time. Not a place for me personally I prefer a window seat and less chaos. Meal good. ( Note: if you can't finish your meal you can take it away, love that.) Atmosphere definitely not for me personally but good for the above. Service ok I didnt have enough interaction to make bold statements. Except a special mention to a young lady named Maddison. She only came to assist us at the end of our meal when we were getting some Leftovers to be taken away. But her manner and energy was very good and what I'd expect from someone working in customer service. 5 stars for her.

Positives: - Great tasting food and good portion sizes. - Menu caters to a diverse range of different cuisines. - Pleasant, family focused atmosphere. - Kids playground is awesome and keeps them well entertained. Negatives: - Meal prices are a bit on the expensive side (meals start at around the $25 mark) - Service is a bit underwhelming. Staff don't attend to your table unless bringing food or taking away plates. Staff don't display much personality, when you do interact with them. - Food and drink orders have to be placed at the counter. This can lead to long wait times if there are a number of other people queued up. - Finding a parking space can be a nuisance during busy periods.

If your looking for a meal out where children are running around yelling though the restaurant, so loud you can’t hear the people at your table talk , toys and cutlery being thrown at your table by uncontrolled children from other tables , where your toddler grandchildren are being assaulted and jumped on by 10 year olds in the toddler area ! Dirty floors , dirty sticky table bases and chairs . Dust falling from the overhead decor into food . Then yes this is the place for you ! Ridiculous pricing for food considering the state of the decor in the establishment. And someone needs to weigh the steaks as a advertised 400g steak was lucky if it was 300g .

Beretta's hotel mothers day 2021. Nice to get out and about in these trying times. Food was fantastic and all the staff were great. Seafood paella was cooked to perfection , beef tacos looked great and my son told us the American platter was very tasty and filling. Once again another great dining experience for lunch..3/6/23 and another lovely night with great food oysters killpatrick for entrees and prawn stir fry for main...all was very good .

Beautiful venue! The food was great and service was very friendly with wonderful wait staff. There’s a bit of a lengthy wait for food and drink, but you’ll soon forget that when you bite into their delicious food. I had the Nasi Goreng and it was a bit too spicy for my liking but still yummy and the Espresso Martini I had was average and could have used a bit of sweetness but other than that, everything else with our group was great. Also - the bathrooms alone were exceptional! I was amazed at how nice and fancy they were!

Great kids playground, tucked away in the back. You can't really see what they are doing but they have some cameras on the entry where the 3yr old area is. My vegan pizza was underdone so had to go back and be cooked for longer, but the other meals were great tasting and huge.

Betetta's Langwarrin Hotel is really amazing. Well designed interior & even caters for adults, who don't want children around them. Yes, that is what I wrote. Then is a small private area with no children allowed. The staff are marvellous & the food is amazing. You have got to see the menu. There is a lot to choose from. And the servings are big. Go give it a try.

Have come here for years but the food has lost it’s appeal & quality recently. We had a large group and were not overly impressed. The playground is absolutely fabulous for the kids, although, we won’t be rushing back.

Celebrated my nephews birthday here recently. Great venue for family gatherings. there is a big play area for kids. Food is above average however is expensive. 2 Entrees and 2 mains cost us over $100. Service was friendly, although the bar staff were super slow and not organised.

The food is phenomenal- huge servings my beef cheek & cheese pie was well priced for the quality & quantity and the desserts are delicious, interesting (and instagram worthy). The service is warm & fast. I was there with a few locals on a lunch, i was told on a busy night with hundreds of people they stay at this high standards.

Superbly impressed, personable staff and prompt service. The food was fantastic, well cooked (taste) and good portion sizes. If I'm to be picky I gave 4 stars for atmosphere only because the tables are super close to one another and trying to keep conversations private is a challenge. I'll be going back soon enough, we'll done crew!!

Great food. Good service. Only three stars because of the ridiculously high cost of many meals. Simple fish and chips were $36. My mum got the seniors fnc for $15, and what she got would have been plenty for me. The cost is making eating out a luxury we cant afford...

My Thai Beef Salad was delicious. I felt the food was a little overpriced for the portion sizes, especially that they don't have a Senior's menu, they only give seniors 10% off. It's obviously a popular venu for kids so it was extremely loud on a Saturday night. More

Woolworths owned standard screaming children outer suburbs of Frankston predictable pub. Mains arrived fast- dessert was forgotten, asked about 3 times, finally brought to table, no discount or apology, 2 hr wait. Monday night is kid specials- just warning you. More

I have been to Berettas with whanau(family) a handful of times now and didn't have much to say about the food before. Last night, Father's Day, I tried the Seafood Hot pot. It was delicious. So good Cheers to the chef who made that dish. Well worth the wait.

Your typical family bistro. It was extremely busy and very loud (Friday night). Meals are overpriced but were served quickly. I had the Miso Barramundi. For $32 l was expecting a larger portion of fish and more greens in my plate. Would only return if l had to.

Due to a docket mix up somewhere between post ordering to sitting back at the table. I thought my Sons steak was going to come out wrong, so i suggested he goes swap his cooking style from med rare to medium. The steaks x2 arrived and both

This is great family friendly venue. We celebrated my son's 7th Birthday here and were very pleased with the food and overall service. The highlight though is the play room which is massive. Also a special mention

The food here is very well priced and very nice, the lamb shanks were very tasty and the cheese bun was amazing… I also love a cold beer and they did not disappoint here either, a great overall experience.

This place was packed, and for good reason. Good food, great place to hang out for the kids, staff were friendly and constantly on the go. It deserves to be as popular as it is. Would go again. More
